    Like the rest of the Nanoleaf line, this trash does not consistently work and disconnects at random. The app was designed by masochists.

    Wouldn’t sync to WiFi. Couldn’t get in touch with customer service for assistance. Not worth the money.

If you do have an issue with connectivity our Panels will only work on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi frequency and not 5 GHz. We would highly recommend that you get in touch with our product support team as they will be more than happy in helping you out and finding you a solution!

    These things stopped pairing one day and never worked again. Customer service is useless. Awful product too expensive to do this.

      Hi Andrei! Yes! that is correct, unfortunately, you were not able to physically connect older generation Panels with newer Panels as they both use different Power Supply Units and Linkers.

    Nanoleaf used to be some of the most reliable smart lights out there, but that just isnt the case anymore. I spent over $500 on panels and expansions. Within one year the controller for the whole system stopped working. It was within warranty so they sent out a replacement. After another year, THAT controller stopped working. When I reached out, it took their support team TWO MONTHS to eventually tell me that since it was out of the warranty they wouldnt replace it. I had to pay $40 for a new controller. It is unacceptable that the piece of hardware that runs the whole thing is that unreliable that two just stopped working within a year. But, it was a choice between $40 or wasting the original $500 investment. Pick a different brand.
