To start the coffee that the machine makes is great. The packaging though is absolute junk. The box was held together by a roll of tape and the machine was filthy. I also find that coffee leaks down inside the front behind the cup tray. Definitely not worth $400.

Purchased this espresso machine for my wife, she raved about it so much, I had to try it myself. I Like coffee, but never much of a espresso drinker. I decided to try a cuppaccino. It surprised me how easy it is to make with this machine. It does everything for you. The cuppaccino? Over the top. Now I'm hooked. Now we're experimenting with all the different drinks you can make. Haven't been disappointed yet. Same quality and taste as the major coffee houses. The machine pays for itself. Highly recommend

I bought this Nespresso machine for my wife (and myself) as a wedding anniversary present, and have not regretted it. I've been using it for almost a month now and have not had any serious issues with it. It makes consistently good espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes, and it's pretty much fool proof; couldn't be happier.

Wanted one of these for years, found it on sale for black Friday and went for it. Absolutely no regrets, awesome machine, best tasting espresso anywhere, it's quick and easy to use. Best Buy had the best price I've ever seen on this machine and it shipped fast and free. Thanks best Buy.

This is prefect for those who like using a Keurig coffee machine. Similar technology. The machine is easy to use. Clean up is a breeze. No fooling around with coffee beans or grinding beans. The capsules are relatively expensive, but that is the cost that you pay for convenience.

Nespresso does a really good job creating a wide variety of espresso pods to choose from. Each one actually taste different from one another! You can taste the peppery spices in the Indian coffees, and the fruity wine like flavor in the columbian one. They also release limited edition flavors every once in a while to keep things interesting; I can't wait to try the new Ethiopian one! All the Nespresso machines pull consistently good espresso, but the Lattissima+ is a step above the rest in that it will froth the milk, pull the shot, and literally make you a cappuccino at the push of a button, a-la The Jetsons. If you get a chance to stop by a Nespresso boutique you should. First just to experience the over-the-top theatrics of the place (it was so awkward!).... but more importantly to try out some of the flavors before you buy them, and save on shipping too!

We always have the need to have our coffee fix in the morning, & sometimes even at night. Tried different coffee makers and espresso makers from inexpensive to expensive, but nothing seems to work for us. Other ones would seem perfect at first, but after a month or even less, there'll be some malfunctions in the machine; others won't give us the right amount of froth that we like and the rt temperature. Thank goodness we've decided to try this one out. It's pricey but so far so good, & for us, the price is worth it. The only downside I think is that, we can only purchase a a few types of flavor outside of nespresso.com at bed bath & beyond; only 1 brand. So, we just buy whatever they have & buy our own syrup mix that we love, then it's heavenly. Right amount of espresso, right amount of froth, & right temperature. In short, it's the perfect household espresso one could have. Easy to use and clean. Hoping that it'll last for a very long time without any problems.

I thought about buying one of these for about two years. I got this one on sale on Black Friday 2015 and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I read the reviews and everyone seemed happy, and so far I agree! It is awesome.

This is my first Nespresso and I have to the best purchase ever. I bought it so my husband would stop going to coffee shop everyday to save money and it has worked. So with the right stuff you can have your own store bought expresso at home

It comes with a wide range of samples to try, from mild to strong tastes. I have a good idea of what I'd like to continue buying. Delicious, top-notch coffee without paying a lot at a coffee shop. And I get to stay in my pajamas.

This thing is spectacular. The espresso is great. The frother is quick and easy. I had a tassimo but it seems as if the coffee options are dwindling. I would probably get a Jura or something like that if I had the money to spend on it, but this is a great machine. Easy to clean. Producing great product. What else do you want? I would consider getting the new Nespresso machine that can produce coffee, but they seem bland and the reviews say the product isn't that hot. This was a great choice and worth the investment

This is a great espresso machine! The milk frother works very well and is easy to clean. The entire unit has a good build quality and produces good espresso. The only downside if any is you have to order the Nespresso Pods from nespresso and cannot buy in stores. They offer free sheeting so this does not bother me.

Makes great latte coffee! And coffee always tastes better than Starbucks! Got addicted to this and wanna give my Kerin K cup and other coffee machines to friends. Milk forth maker is a must have. But maybe buy it separately is better cos you can make ice latte. For this model, only hot milk comes out

To save money and make some great tasting espresso beverages at home, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a machine. There are various types/models to choose from, although I decided I didn't have time to play, energy or desire to make the perfect espresso using the non-automated machine. Out of all the fully automated models in the market, this one is by far had the best reviews. Before purchasing, these were the problems I was expecting 1. difficult maintenance 2. luke warm expresso My experience 1. Cleaning the machine is easy, just make sure to use deionized water and clean the water and milk containers on a weekly basis, especially the tubing in the milk container. 2. The drink temperature is perfect for my taste, although if you like your scorching hot so that it has time to cool off, then you may not be too happy with this machine Cheers

This espresso machine makes espresso, Lattes and Cappuccinos same quality if not better than starbucks or any coffee shop out there. The whole family Loves it.

The quality of the the espresso and the ease of use surpassed my expectations!
