Works well with mirroring my phone's screen and mirrors my WiDi enabled laptop. Would recommend because it connects to a multitude of devices.

Once you spend the necessary time, you can see any Kindle screen on your big screen TV, and the sound thru the big speakers..

Plug it into the hdmi connector on the tv and it is all set to use

I really was hoping that this device was going to work. I had read some negative reviews, but the Netgear website claimed that it would work on my devices. I bought it and tried every way I could to make it work on both my GS3 and my computer. Neither was able to mirror my screen, despite trying to update the firmware on the device and on my computer/phone. It is a great concept, and perhaps they'll get it to work in the future - but as of now, I would definitely not buy this until the next gen model comes out.

This product was a good selection for attaching a second monitor to my all in one computer. There was no outgoing video connection that most computers normally have. This was a good solution or alternative to adding a second monitor.

The PTV 3000 is great right out of the box, but I definitely recommend doing the latest software update if you have the latest smartphones or 4th generation Intel core processors. The quality is great and it streams everything that is on your screen. Favorite part: wireless second screen (extension) in windows 8.1. having a 40" monitor is quite a sight and is useful for watching Netflix while doing work on your laptop.

Easy to hook up and use. Bought to use for school apps with my 6 yr old grand daughter. Mirrors my Kindle and is easier for me to watch what she is doing while she does it on the big screen tv. Equally useful with movies , email, etc..

Fairly easy to set up; needs an update out of the Box - but be careful not to update it with a .zip file. Extract the .zip file and apply the binary instead.

Easy to set up and connect. I love having the ability to project anything from my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 onto my TV, even using it as a 2nd screen so I can watch movies while continuing to work on other things on my tablet!

Got it so my wife could use our TV as a second monitor for her ultrabook. Works great for this. Hoped to be able to stream to it from my phone, but this device doesn't appear to support DLNA which my phone needs.

product is not plug and play, Laptop and TV are both new and even the same manufacturer but still could not get the laptop to connect.

It solved my problem to show Windows 8.1 tablet screen to projector wirelessly. But the laptops/tablets must be actively operated, if they are in idle for a few minutes, the connection will be dropped and it must be manually reconnected

I like it it hooks up so easy and let's me stream my laptop and ipad to my tv

I'm really glad this product finally came out with a version that works with my computer's running system. I have enjoyed having and using it.

Considering that you don't need an actually wifi compared to the ChromeCast it's pretty good. Still has a few kinks that need to be worked out like smoother streaming. Cellphone mirroring is still a bit jumpy but getting there.

Store told me it would work with Win 8 - it doesn't, and has cost me a lot of time and frustration before finding that out. Nobody at tech support realized it didn't work with Win 8.

This was easy to set up but I found you really need a strong signal/router to work well. It's pretty good but I think for me getting a smart tv with wifi is a better option.

Excellent for streaming my kindle hdx to the tv in order to watch content.

Nice to be able to view sports, movies, etc. on TV from laptop. So far so good.
