I like the coffee machine! Disappointed with making 2 cups of coffee as it doesn’t stay hot and it needs to be warmed up in microwave!!

It’s nothing extra ordinary at the price. I feel the limitation of Nespresso pods is negative! They should have focused on k cup and nespresso together to earn a name. The frother just froths, there is no steamer to it. The coffee on espresso side is not as hot. If there are less expensive model I’d go for that.

This coffee maker makes great coffee with a very good taste, its frother is also very good and the whole thing is easy to clean. The espresso maker makes very good espressos that are very smooth. The big issue is durability the espresso maker broke after a while theres a broken pin so the pod only gets punctured on one end causing only water to come out of the espresso side, I will be exchanging this product due to the defect and getting another of the same to see if there is still an issue. I will update my review if the next one does not suffer the defect.

I really liked this machine when we first got it—it was super convenient having both drip coffee and espresso-style options in one system. It brewed quickly, the coffee tasted good, and it looked great on our counter. But after about 3 years of regular use, it just stopped puncturing the espresso capsules and won’t brew them anymore. I expected it to last longer for the price. It’s a solid machine while it works, but if you’re looking for long-term durability, this might not be it.

I wouldn't buy this again. I purchased on July 8, 2023 and now the nespresso pods aren't being punched. I researched and found that when that happens the only thing to do is replace the machine. What a waste of $200+ dollars. When I think of what else I spent converting from Kpods to Nespresso, NOT WORTH IT.

I bought my about 1 ¹/² years ago and now it has been leaking too much water after using the pods and latetly it doesn't work at a .35 to .60 cent per pod you endup wasting pods because it sometimes it doesn't rum the pod so end up been wasted good thing I have BestBuy protection plan so we shall see

I like (and we've purchased many) Ninja products. I'm not overly satisfied with this purchase though. It doesn't quite fit my expectations and I find that we seldom use it in favor of other methods/machines that we have. I also believe that it was not worth the price that we paid when we purchased it (I believe it was $250)

Received it on January 31, 2024, worked great and made good coffee but only lasted until February 19, 2025. Coffee is warm instead of hot. Pulled out 6 year old cheap coffee maker and it’s still working fine. More expensive doesn’t always mean that it’s better.

HAD TO RETURN THIS ITEM. SUCH A GREAT MACHINE. BUT IT COULD NOT PROCESS MY MEDAGLIA D'ORO ESPRESSO WITH LEAVING A FILMY POWDERY TASTE ON MY TONGUE. TRIED EVERYTHING.

Just bought this yesterday as a "deal of the day". I've only read the manual, setup the machine, and ran the initial priming/have not even made any coffee in it yet and I'm already 98% sure that I will be returning it. First thing, as others have said, it just does not get the water hot enough (ran 2 full carafes and six capsule side). The frother (others complained of this also) gets a low score as well as it is mechanical only (my last machine used steam.. way better). Next is the fact that it does not do KPods. Not a deal breaker, but now I have to keep my old machine to use up the stock of pods we have. Seems to me that it would have been easy to engineer/make this with an adaptor below the pod section to also do K-Pods. My biggest complaint(s) are: Getting capsules to fit this is hit-and-miss. I don't want to be stuck buying Nespresso brand pods when there are cheaper options out there. In the end, this is really just a glorified maker with a couple of "tricks" up it's sleeve. Even as a Deal of the day discount, I (already) don't feel it's worth what I paid for it and have strong tinge of buyers remorse. Probably going back tomorrow.

My only complaint is there isn’t a reusable espresso pod that I can find. So if you want espresso in a regular basis it’s just too expensive. Other than that the machine works great.

Coffee brewer worked fine. The main issue was the inability to find Nespresso Capsules. They were available thru the internet. I returned this Ninja and replace with the same type of Ninja that will take K-cups instead.

My only issue with this is even when the water tank is full, it will stop in middle of brew and ask me to refill.

Loved everything BUT the Warm Coffee. Sppt nice & reachable BUT much confusion about How Plate warmer works. Told 12 oz cups into carafe Does NOT activate Warmer (1/4 carafe 16 oz Min-Doubt That) ; There is a HI Warmer Setting BUT told it's Only for Warming Not Heating for HOT coffee; IF Warmer Light showed it turned ON ONLY after 3+ min Brew finish & up to 6 min after brew; Had ONE HOT coffee when I made 26 oz; Wanted ME to PAY SHIP for Base Replacement; Have NO IDEA HOW this unit supposed to work & neither do They. Would buy again IF Warmer really Heats for HOT coffee.

FIrst- I love the frother tool. However- it is NOT compatible with Kuerig K Cups. It takes the Nespresso pods which do not have the extensive flavors etc and is espresso only. The large carafe makes a wonderful flavored full pot of coffee. It takes the cone 4 filters every time. You can make 1 cup- 2 cups - a travel cup size, etc. BUT you need a filter every time. If this had a reusable filter and took K cups this would be well worth the money. I do wish I would have gone with a Kuerig combo machine that makes both a full pot as well as the 1 cup .

Overall good product. My wife and I do not like that it doesn't get our coffee hot enough. You have to serve the coffee in a thermo right away because if you don't it will cool down significantly (talking about within 5 minutes). At this price point, it shouldn't be an issue. I think you could find similar products at a lower price.

Overall, its a good product, but its limiting on the amount of coffee that you can brew. It will not allow me to brew 16 oz. in the pot and the warmer come on. The smallest "pot" of coffee that it will allow you to make is 26 oz.

It was working great for about a year. It would leak and we couldn’t find where it was coming from. Now the espresso machine is not piercing the espresso pod.

Never actually brewed a cup of coffee. After unpacking i put it on my standard 18 inch counter top. It fit underneath but if i were to try to put grounds and water i would have to move the whole machine. Had to return and find another
