    I've been aware of Ninja Scroll for a long time but didn't get around to watching it until I bought this bluray. What a treat this movie is Lots of your typical shonen and feudal japan stereotypical anime tropes are here. It doesnt detract from the fun and quality of the movie. It's heralded as one of the early, influential movies to bring anime popularity to the states. Lots of gore, some nudity, some heinous villains. Gorgeous animation. Ok story, but that's not what you're here for. Enjoy the mindless action =) Highly recommend it!

    This is by far one of my favorite Anime movies EVER!! The illustration is excellent, and the characters are awesome! If you enjoy samurai sword battles, and japanese demon ninjas with super skills you're in luck!! Love this anime!! It's raw, violent,vulgar, bloody, and hilarious at times. But definitely not a comedy.it has plenty of action, drama, and a great story with epic battles...abound
