    Buyer beware. Don't buy if using to renew your current subscription. Norton will not accept it as an extension and bestbuy doesn't state this until after you purchase the product. Bestbuy will not accept returns for this product.

      Hi - Apologize for any confusion on this. The product description does state “For new Norton subscriptions only at an introductory price.”

      However, you CAN use this license to extend an existing subscription. You merely need to add this new license to your existing Norton account at/near your current license’s expiration. When that happens, the Norton client will just look for a new license in your account and consume this one! Again, sorry for any confusion on this - Hope this helps? - DWN norton_us
