15 yo granddaughter could not wait to get home and use it . Used it for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and thought it was over the top but had to stop and take it off because of the burning and rash on her face from wearing the VR. Eyes started to swell but they did not swell shut. Benedril and a lotion returned her face to normal in about 2 days. Her mother covered the parts of VR that would touch her far with a fabric tape and granddaughter is using it again. VR not very pretty but they work and she likes using it.

Great product but having to tie it to a Facebook account STINKS!! My login to Facebook got compromised and that means that the Oculus will be useless. Beware the Facebook and login by Facebook. They have NO way to contact them if hacked (Twitter does!!). The unlock and dual factor are worthless once the email and data is changed by hacker. Facebook notified me 3 times about the attempts and I said "NOT ME" but they let it continue and notified me in middle of night that the password was changed from CHINA. Good product but supplied by a crappy company .....

Great purchase!! Our son had an allergic reaction to the foam within the headset, We reached out to customer service, they immediately sent us a replacement and gave us 40 credits to go towards any game purchase.
