Avoid depleting the battery completely, as it may result in permanent charging issues. After a week with my Okai Stride, it’s reverted to functioning as a standard bike. I’m awaiting Okai’s explanation for the recharging problem. I’d rate the bike a 7 out of 10. The seat becomes uncomfortable after roughly a 10-minute ride, and the inability to check behind me while riding are significant drawbacks. Despite these issues, I’m fond of the bike, though I must admit the customer service has been somewhat inconsistent. I’m hopeful that they will either replace the cracked battery or the entire bike. Purchase with assurance! It’s an exceptional product, but remember, never let the battery level drop below 10%, or you might end up with a regular bike for an indefinite period. Also be aware that a spare battery is $450 :⁠-⁠\

Just received this bike today (6/3/2024). Was super excited and when I finally got done putting it together and started charging the battery, the charger stayed lit green meaning it was fully charged and ready. It never changed colors so i assumed it had some charge. I go to try and turn the bike on but nothing happens. I start to charge it with the battery in the bike. Still nothing. Pretty dissatisfied right now after spending the time to put it together to find out it doesnt operate. Now I have to try and return it back in its original packaging?

I am pretty happy with the bike. It is basically an entry level mountain bike with no suspension but obviously it is elevated with the built-in battery. The technology part works really well. I am giving it four stars because I had to get a heavy tune up because the deraileur and breaks were out of sorts... probably from it being shipped in a tight box.

Purchased my E-bike Stride this past May and loving it. As a senior it provides me the exercise along with the power assist going uphills. I did have to replace my charging though.

Love my new OKAI Stride. Easy to assemble with instruction manual. Very comfortable bike. The ride is smooth and all controls are easy to use. Great steering and braking is very responsive. Bike feels great and it is a very cool looking bike!

I've been using this eBike for about 3 weeks and am very happy with my purchase! Its a great balance of road tires and fat tires if you're looking for something to throttle or pedal more. The battery life is more than enough for most if not all of my rides. The color is very nice and chic for all riders. Would recommend for anyone looking for an ebike for commuting or exercising.

Bike is amazing and pretty quiet and mostly fast.Im able to zip to and back from town with ease.

The bike required a Bluetooth connection to your phone. The app failed 9/10 times and the bike has no other way to turn on the electric side of the operating system. The pictures showed a rack and basket and it did not come with them. Okay was hard to communicate with and finally I had to buy the rack and basket separately.

This eBike has everything I was looking for in an electric bike and more! Really appreciate the fast and free delivery too!!

The OKAI Stride bike arrived on the day promised. It took about 45 minutes to assemble. The youtube video helped, along with the printed instructions, in assembling the bike. The app is necessary to start and operate. That is where you will find out about the four sport modes. It takes some trial runs to coordinate the electric aspects with the gear changing, but that is soon learned and becomes part of the fun. I love riding the bike. Good steering, pickup, and braking. Well worth the price!

The Okai Stride has been everything we heard about. Easy to put together and the battery exceeded my expectations. Takes a few times to really get it all down, but the perfect way to get around town. Great value and love the bike!

The OKAI STRIDE fills all the roles an e-bike needs to fill. It’s fast through busy roads with excellent torque and uphill power. Great at slower sections like in the city or college campus. Has a detachable battery for charging anywhere and safety from theft. A comfortable ride with good grips and a seat. The peddling is adjustable enough to make it fun but at your own pace with 3 settings on the amount of power to ride and a throttle. East to assemble and maintain. Overall an excellent ride for anyone looking for an e-bike to get.

I absolutely love the look and feel of the bike. It was easy to put together, and use the App to control the settings. It is my first E-Bike and I enjoy how easy to operate and fun to ride it is!

I only shop at best buy because of their return policy I purchased an e bike I thought I may have a problem with out the box but it was the easiest return that I can remember can you imagine trying to send it back

We had great customer service at the store when we started the process all the way up to delivery. They kept up with the scheduling. It was great and easy.

pretty good bike says 40 miles but i have not been getting that and it starts by its self with no key

Fun bike but the battery broke with in a year and the company won’t help to fix it or replace it!
