I have used this type of OtterBox for my old Samsung Galaxy S4. I recently bought it for my new Pixel 3a. It clips to my belt and can swivel 360 degrees. Be aware that it does NOT come with a built-in screen protector. That's okay with me, since I removed it from the one first one years ago. I prefer the thinner glass protector from Zagg. One complaint: It's a curious thing that it is designed such that it only has hard points for the snap if the phone is positioned in a certain direction. That is if you want it to snap tight into the belt clip/screen cover you must insert the phone only one way. It's made to be worn on the right side of my body rather than either side like it used to be. Well I happen to carry something "else" on my right side. The case will still hold the phone pretty tightly because it fits snugly to my phone, so the hard plastic clip has a good friction grip on the rubber-like case. Surely they must have thought about this but decided not to accommodate a left side carry. Other than this complaint and the high price, I am pleased with ther OtterBox Defender.

The defender fits the phone well and is comfortable in the hand. It's not as thin as some other cases so the phone can feel a bit bulky in one's pocket. However, the included belt clip is comfortable to wear and can be adjusted to reduce the feeling of obtrubsiveness.

This is a good case in terms of protection (I don't think you will get the same level of protection with any other case); however it is bulky and makes the phone feel and look way bigger than it is. If your priority is protection, then this is the way to go.

Simple and plain. Great feeling case to have your phone in. Build quality is great and your phone is fully secured. I had a couple OtterBox cases back then and theur products hasn't failed me. Note that OtterBox defender case are great for it's design and being a solid rugged case but some people don't like a big heavy protective case not hating on those people but I recommend going with OtterBox clear case or their symmetry series case

Things are meant to be used and so I always drop my stuff. There's always an accident. I don't want to have to worry about ruining my phone because I'm not made of money to buy another phone. This case has been great! I had an OtterBox on my iPhone 7+ and the case has warped but still, my phone was safe. Therefore, when I upgraded my iPhone 7+ to an XR, this new OtterBox screenless case was what I decided and I personally think it's an improvement. It's been almost a year and my case has not yet warped from it's wear and tear. Yeah, the case is a bit pricey but I was never happy with other cases like Lifeproof although Lifeproof cases aren't bad.

I love this case. It has a very comfortable grip. It's so protective and with pixel 3a it doesn't look big.

Fits great. Buttons work fine and everthing aligns - custom fit.

You can't get a better quality phone case than from otter box. I love the defender! If you drop your phone you will never have to worry with this baby!

Very easy too use and it sticks to the Belk well. I have used one on another phone years ago and I had forgotten what a nice accessory it is.

Otterbox makes the best case hands down. I have tried others, but I always come back. Well constructed solid protection. No better way to protect your investment.

Owned another OtterBox with a previous phone. Just as happy with this solid performer especially after buying it at a special sale price.

The case is two layered, part plastic, part shock absorbing rubber. It’s otterbox so I expect nothing less. May make your phone feel bulky.

Don't love that the newer ones don't have a protective screen like the previous versions did, or at least the original pixel which I just switched from.

My wife drops her phone a lot. This case does a good job so I don't have to spend a ton of money on new phones,

A little difficult to get on but.... it protects my Pixil 3a so well . Great product ..worth every dime

High quality case. Offers great protection. You get what you pay for.

The belt clip ripped and is now in usable. But as for the phone protection it's like body armor. Nice case.
