    I’ve owned many iPhones and many different cases. This case is good in the sense that it has the mag safe feature so it can be used with car mounts and magnet stand mag chargers but it is not durable at all. My phone fell about 1.5 ft and the entire back glass shattered. I’ve used other cases that protected my phone from breaking triple that distance. I do not recommend this case.

    Always have loved Otterbox. This was a huge disappointment. Otterbox has previously handled years of elementary teaching, classroom usage and day to day wear. I haven’t been teaching for the past few years and purchased this case last June, after purchasing a new iphone. Even though I purchased lens covers and glass screen coverage, I got a crack. Didn’t worry as that happens to screen protectors, decided to replace screen protection. Removed case and discovered my entire phone is cracked! If I could give this Zero stars, I would. Shockingly the case looks fine, but phone itself is very damaged.

    Absolute GARBAGE. Do not buy. I dropped my iPhone out of my pocket which resulted in major damage to the back glass and the camera housing of the iPhone. This case did not protect anything. What a total waste of a product. Avoid at all costs. I've bought many OtterBox cases before and they've worked great. This one is crap.

    I dropped my phone while sleeping, from the bed to the floor, it cracked all from the back. It’s not a case I would buy again or recommend at all, to expensive and didn’t protect my phone.

    Horrible protector for your phone. I would expect better knowing the brand is "OtterBox". The back of my phone cracked into many lines.

    Case has been great and offers great protection but after two years the side part of the case has become detached from the back plate. For this price I would expect this case to last for the life time of the phone.

    Does Not Adequately Protect

    I purchased this case on August 1, 2024 and put it on my brand new iPhone 14 Pro (phone was an Apple Care replacement for a phone that had water damage). Yesterday, 08/22/2024, my cat swiped my phone off the top of my nightstand. The phone fell to the floor (nightstand is standard height), fell on the wood floor below and the entire back shattered. I’ve had better protection from cases that cost a fraction of this one. I’m not happy that I now have to pay another Apple Care deductible. I do not recommend this case.

    Even though it’s an otterbox it did not protect the BACK of my phone from shattering. I haven’t even had it for 6 months. Very upsetting.

    Worst phone case ever I’ve never cracked a phone in my life and I’ve had so many different brand cases including otter box but his case in particular sucks I drop my phone one time on the deck of a boat and the back of my phone shattered?? Not my screen the back the one place the case is supposed to protect the most!!! 10 out of 10 would not recommend

    Not Protective At All

    I’ve had the phone for less than two weeks and i has been in this case the entire time. In those two weeks i have dropped my phone twice from waist height. The first drop shattered my screen protector, which is fine because Best Buy replaces them for free. The second, however, shattered my back glass, which costs a couple hundred bucks to have repaired. This case is clearly not protective AT ALL.

    Fell apart after a year. Otterbox wants to charge half the original price for shipping a replacement, and doesn't have the original color in stock. Choose a different company.
