Our old small microwave died and we needed to replace it. We loved the look of this one and the reviews were decent. We measured to make sure it would fit in our built-in spot and it fit. We were happy to find one in stock. We use it for a lot of short heat times so the only downside is that I can't set it for 22 seconds. The knob jumps in 5 second intervals at 15 seconds. If that's the worst I have to deal with, I'm happy. We still need to install the trim but that is aesthetics and does not hinder the usefulness of the microwave.

This Panasonic Microwave replaced my 15 year old Panasonic given to me as a gift by two dear sweet friends. Well the brand stood strong, but the buttons circuitry did not (flat plastics). It was still a great machine until I purchased my second Panasonic a full size. This Panasonic microwave exceeded my expectations, in size, easy dial in functionality. Power button is a snap, power levels up or down with a few taps of the button control, the same customary presets are great with some new ones added. I cannot say enough about this amazing "BIG" microwave. I am in love with my one year old purchase. I highly Recommend this product.

This microwave replaced a built-in one we'd had for 20 years. It looks upscale, is easy to operate and works well. The food is heated evenly in minimal time. There are many features available to use.

After our old Panasonic microwave oven finally gave up its ghost after 15 years, I bought this one to replace it. So far so good. It is large enough for just about anything, is extremely powerful, and looks good. And the knob, instead of only a touchpad, is great. Can quickly dial in the cooking time, as opposed to sequentially punching buttons onto a keypad. Hopefully, this one will last as long as our previous one did. Perhaps the only complaint is that the polished stainless steel exterior clearly shows fingerprints and smudges. But I'm used to it. Our other appliances do as well....

Bought this 2.2 Cu. ft. full size stainless steel microwave to replace my 14 year old 1.5 Cu. Ft. Mid size Panasonic microwave oven that broke down. This one is just a couple of inches wider and a little deeper on the outside but much more cooking space inside. Looks great with the stainless steel and looks like L.E.D. light to highlight the interior when in use. Easy to use dial, and buttons. Had no problems with the setup and I hope it lasts as long as my previous Panasonic.

Have had this microwave for a month or two now. By far it is our favorite microwave we have ever purchased. Very fast and high powered. Takes a bit to get used to the cooking power of this unit as we had been using a 700 wt. It is quite a bit lighter than one expects an appliance of this size to be. Two things someone purchasing this microwave should be aware of, it is large (measure before you buy) and it does indeed put out a good deal of heat. Make sure it is well ventilated. Great purchase!

The biggest reason I love this microwave is because all of it was made in the United States. It’s my understanding that if it has the UCP letters in it that means it was made in the U.S. It’s so big inside. Quieter than our other one. I don’t like stainless steel but it’s kinda hard to get away from these days. It’s 1250 watts and it cooks fast. I love the inverter turbo defrost which defrost by the pound. Our old microwave was also a Panasonic. We had it for many years. Just had to go with what has worked for us.

Only the controls have changed. This microwave oven is very similar to the one we replaced that was purchased in 2002. Twist a dial for time instead of pushing buttons. Twist the dial to select pre-programmed times/rates for cooking. The platter and the turnstile are the same!!! The last Panasonic lasted 14 years or so. The Panasonic microwave before that one lasted 15 years or so. Panasonic makes great microwaves; and cameras; and TVs; and phones; etc.

Awesome, heats fast, large internal space, even cooking (as long as you read the instructions) For the presets definitely use the more/less button to adjust a bit depending on previous results. If you have to mount it in a cabinet, its the only one that still has a stainless mounting kit. But if its replacing an existing microwave its painful, but you can look for solutions online to mount it over old cut outs. My parents' previous one lasted them 10 years, so they bought another, and I bought one as well. You do get used to the knob after a week or so. Wish that they let you use the quick minute button, then fine tune with the knob but it gets locked out. When cleaning any of the more recent microwaves, be careful to not damage or get the cardboard protecting the magnetron wet.

This microwave is a great improvement over my former one. It is easy to use and heats up food in half the time that I was used to. Controls give you a variety of choices and setting the cooking time is easy and fast

As stated above my family has owned and abused (4 teen aged boys) this microwave for over 4 years now. Zero issues ... Zero only complaint I have is that it's too powerful need to adjust Popcorn, Hot Pocket, etc cooking times down by 30 seconds or so..

Good fit in the space, compact, with all the bells and whistles you need.

Bought this one to replace one just like it that is about 10 years old and still working geat! Easy to operate and very dependable. Just bought this one to be sure we had one.for another 10 years. Best buy is always very friendly and helpful! Thanks Best Buy!

I bought this for my mother, she came to visit fell in love with ours, bought her the same, power house, defrost, sensory cooking this moc is on point! Panasonic is on there game with this one, it has been out for about 3 years but a cut above the rest!

My Thermador MW went out. It would have been $150 just to look at. For just over $50 more, I get a new microwave that is an upgrade. Panasonic makes Thermador.

This is a great microwave. We use it for heating up milk for Flat Whites, defrosting frozen meat, and reheating leftovers.

This Microwave is the best that I have ever owned. I love the simplicity and great options in auto cook and reheating. Settings are a breeze to set. Also looks fantastic in my kitchen!

It was easy to learn how to use it. i didn't have any trouble adapting to this microwave from my old one that had served me well for about 35 years.

The inverter Warms and cooks food very fast. I really like it.
