    I went in the store to purchase a cordless phone. I told the sales person what i wanted. He said you didn't have on the shelf what i wanted. He said it was sold out. So he ordered it for me. When i received out it was a corded phone. I was sick and didn't return it for about a week pass the return time. I wanted money from the purchase to go back on my card. The customer service person said she couldn't do that. I explained i was sick and couldn't bring it back sooner. She said all she could do was give me a store credit. I don't think this was acceptable and unforgiving. I have been a faithful Best Buy customer. This policy is very unyeilding and unforgiving. I will think twice before coming back to Best Buy.
