Better than the V-Tech brand which seemed to be the only budget option I have bought for my Mom for awhile that was always breaking. It's taking her longer to get used to this new phone brand. My only complaint is the volume. When someone is leaving a new message, you can barely hear it even with it on the highest volume setting, Otherwise it's a good landline phone for the price. Actually with very few people that use these phones anymore, the price probably should have been about ten dollars cheaper.

Very good for every day use. Battery life is great. Speaker volume could be a little louder but works well enough

Same model carrier displayed with a slightly better price. The one issue I have is the volume when talking on the phone. I'm NOT hard of hearing yet volume seems low when turned up the whole way. I put it on speaker phone and turn the volume down then it is ok. I'm wondering if ECO mode reduce volume or if there is a way to have it on speaker phone by default?

Thank you for your feedback, we will consider it for future improvements. We deeply appreciate you took the time to provide us with your thoughts regarding the product. The intelligent eco mode feature automatically reduces handset power consumption by suppressing handset transmission power when the handset is close to the base unit. -C Panasonic
