Blu Ray is amazing. Picture quality and sound of this device is great

It was easy to connect to my TV and I already had the cable for it. I like the fact I can turn on the DVD and it instantly comes up. Not bad for a rookie 66 year old woman?! Love it, and I can watch my MANY DVDs.

Very simple plug and play device. Good quality picture and sound. I use it as a Blue Ray player only, no streaming. Had a bit of a hic-up on the first firmware update but has been flawless since then. Well worth the $.

This DVD player allowed my spare TV to be "smart" and small enough to fit in the limited shelf space available. It's price was very economical for all the features on board. I only wish it came with a HDMI cable.

Panasonic makes great Blu-ray players. This player is the only name brand with built in WiFi at this price point. Great value!

Mom said it worked for or regular DVDs too! Great product if you still watch DVDs and use disks for entertainment.

Purchased to watch my BBC Blu-ray’s. Fast set up. Cords are kinda short, but the device works as expected with extra bells and whistles. Easy to understand menus for older people.

I wasn't expecting much, since I got this cheap on Black Friday, but it really surprised us when we hooked it up! Great menu, great functions - exactly what you'd want out of a blu ray player, plus tons of goodies like built in wifi, netflix, hulu, etc. This player seems to move around our house from bedroom to bedroom, as everyone wants to watch movies on it!

What can I say but it’s small but great! Didn’t expect all the features of this smalll player.

I bought this on Black Friday because I needed a second Blu-ray player and I also wanted to be able to stream without dragging my Amazon Fire Stick throughout the apartment. So this seemed like a good solution. All started out well. But sometimes, the player freezes and you have to unplug and wait and wait to reconnect and hope it resets. (I usually have to do it two or three times before it resets.) At first it was an occasional thing. Now it's almost daily. Netflix was easy to set up and worked well until yesterday, but I have yet to get my Amazon Prime to actually stream. Playback and loading is sometimes laggy compared to Chromecast or the Fire Stick. Yesterday, I got a new firmware update and now, nothing will load on Netflix. It acts like it will load, gets to 99 percent and stops. I tried resetting, but it didn't help. So right now, it's just an expensive Blu-ray player. Of course it started acting up after the return period. I suggest getting a Fire Stick or other streaming device and find a Blu-ray player to be a single function machine. (I plan to contact Panasonic about the because I'm sort of stuck with it now.) I'll probably end up putting the Fire Stick and other Blu-ray player back in the living room and moving this thing to my secondary TV in the bedroom.

picked this up for my wife just to be able to watch netflix in the bedroom and be able to let our daughter watch movies. love how well it works. easy setup, boots quickly and loads discs quickly as well. scaling quality is great too. i dont really expect less from panasonic tho. saw that this will be one of the black friday deals so will for sure be picking up another. maybe even more than one for holiday gifts.
