This is easily one of those things that I felt like was over priced and hyped up by a bunch of you tubers.... it’s still over hyped BUT! 100% worth the price. Just buy it. Peak is like the apple of camera straps, even if you hate them, they’re innovative and once you’re using their ecosystem, your quality of life will drastically improve. Only issue is that using it with a bigger dslr with vertical grip can be awkward. I have a d7200 with a vertical grip and while it definitely reaches to the vertical grip comfortably on my wrist, the diagonal placement across the screen is a bit annoying lol. Still great because most straps will not reach that far and I can’t think of another way for that to work lol but thought I’d mention it. Attached is some quick photos of what I’m talking about. . Look on their website or Amazon for all the other colors as well.

Probably the best purchase ive made for my camera gear. If youre debating the peak design strap and think its just overhyped, its worth it. The system is amazing and i have the little peak design anchors on all of my camera bodies lol.

Excellent for increasing the security of cameras or coupled devices, I currently use this short handheld system in an action camera and it works perfectly, the system is easy to use and when used with multiple devices an ecosystem is created in which you can use the same strap and simply quickly change what you want to attach.

It's a must-have for an expensive camera. The strap tightness is adjustable, as well so it stays nice and secure on your wrist. On the other hand it does not interfere with the operation of your camera. I put mine on Nikon's new P950. Great for those long hikes!

I bought this strap to secure my camera during hikes and city walks, and it has been really great so far! I prefer the minimalist strap to the leather cover camera case. The strap loop took some finessing to connect with the camera (I tied it to a thread to get it through) and now it feels very secure on my camera.

As all peak design products, it might look pricey, but once you try it you will not go back. The high quality, the well designed option to use it as a bracelet when is not attached to your camera, and the soft and silky texture that won't hurt your skin.... Worth your money

Peak Design's camera straps are truly exceptional. I recently purchased one, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The strap is incredibly comfortable, even during long shooting sessions, thanks to its well-thought-out design and quality materials. The quick-adjustment feature is a game-changer, allowing me to easily switch between carrying positions without missing a shot. The strap feels incredibly secure, giving me peace of mind that my camera is safe and stable. Overall, Peak Design has once again delivered a top-notch product that I would highly recommend to any photographer.

Great if you have 2 bodies or multiple straps

Great strap if you have multiple bodies or are into the Peak Design ecosystem. The anchors allow you to remove the strap hassle-free. No messing with annoying buckles. The strap works in a straight forward manner -- slip though your hand and slide the metal adjuster. A nice feature of this strap is the "fail-safe". If your hand is in the strap but not tightened and you lose grip of your camera the strap will automatically cinch so your camera doesn't hit the ground. If there is a negative to the strap it's that it's a bit long, but that's probably a feature if you have big hands or short arms. As with all Peak Design products, it's expensive compared to the competition. But if you need to frequently change between wrist and neck strap or between two cameras it's worth it. Otherwise you might do better with a less expensive more "permanent" strap.

I own the shoulder/neck strap from the same company and felt it was okay and instead wanted a wrist strap, as I'm more accustomed to one. I liked the idea of it working with the existing snap locks so decided to give this a shot and am I glad I did! The strap feels really good on the wrist and tightening/loosening is easy enough to do it quickly but stable enough that I don't feel that my camera's in danger.

This brand has built itself up, correctly offering products that live up to their hype. The strap feels secure and makes you confident that your camera will not disconnect. The included fasteners make it easy to switch to any of their other products with the same connectors, say if you wanted to connect to their neck strap instead. This is a very well thought out product and while it may seem a little pricey for some, it’s one of those you-get-what-you’re-paying-for products. Recommended.

I have adopted the Peak design system for my Sony mirrorless cameras. This was an addition. At first I wasn't sure I like it because it kept closing around my wrist; and it would take two hands to remove it. I realized after some time that you can actually open it 'all the way' and there is a tighter portion of the strap that will hold the slide in place. Makes putting it on and off much easier - and I think it is nearly as secure as tightening it on the wrist (there may be times you want to do that!).
