These headphones are good but disappointing. The sound quality is excellent considering their cost, nevertheless, the quality of the product is a different story. The earcups are holding up well but the headband is starting to fall apart only hanging on to a corner of the original placement. They would look so beautiful if it weren't for the piece of exposed foam and a dangling piece of headband that I have to wrestle with when I have to put them on. I've only had these headphones for a little over 2 months and they are already falling apart.

This is a set of noise-cancelling, wireless headphones that has the most important qualities of its much more expensive competition. But it does miss some of the features of those headsets. Its pros are: it has good quality sound; it has good battery life; it has good bluetooth range; it connects to sources well; it is comfortable; it has a nice case. Its one most obvious fault is that it comes with only one EQ setting. That setting provides pretty flat response across the spectrum -- it works well for vocals, instrumental, classical, pop, operetta, opera. I find it also works well with tv programs - if there is any lag it is imperceptible to me. If you are looking for a set of wireless headphones that are of good quality, but can't justify paying a high price, these are a good choice.

These headphones sound great, but only if you have a good fit with noise cancelling on... Or you could turn off the noise cancelling but have less bass. If you have noise cancelling on, without a good fit, they distort like crazy and it's really loud. Controls are awful. You put your palm over the right ear cup to pause, but sometimes it activates the Google assistant. The power button is integrated into the skip... what do I even call it? A flicky thing? you flick it up to reverse track, and down to skip. Which is backwards. The thing is... when they work, they work. The bass isn't Sony or Skullcandy levels, but it's nice and rumble-y, and the vocals are clear. I would personally not pay anything over $150 (I paid $90) for these, just because of the bad controls and the weird distortion from a bad fit with noise cancelling. So just wait for a sale if you really want them.

Decent Pair of Headphones, but too many issues

Decent pair of headphones, but too many issues that caused me to return them. For one there is no working app to support the features that the headphone claims to have. You can't switch the virtual assistant and every time you bump or brush against it, it says, "the google assistant has not been activated." The NC was fine, but certainly not worth paying extra for. Sound quality is quite good and really well balanced but I wish there was an app to be able to change the default EQ. Definitely a good pair of quality headphones, I believe there are better options for a similar price that have better app support and controls.

Got this for my husband who is having a little trouble hearing the tv on occasion. He pairs it with our Samsung and uses the accessibility setting on the tv which allows me to hear the tv through the speaker and him through the headphones. I've borrowed it a few times to listen to my music on my Pixel so as not to disturb him. Great headphones! We got it on a great Christmas sale.

Good designs with touch controls. Sleek design because of touch controls as well. The multi-functional but on/switch makes for a easy way to switch between songs and the noise cancellimg feature. The active noise cancelling is good for the price but it will not drown out loud noises near you as much as it will drown them out a bit. Overall very satisfied with the purchase.

I bought these to replace a wired headset for my PC. After 3 months of only being able to pair it with my smartphone, I read on Phillips website that their wireless headphones are intended for primarily mobile phones. Although my PC has bluetooth, I have not managed to get it connected. Iwanted this product to solve a problem, not create a host of new ones (my TV doesn't see it yet either) Very frustrated.

LOVE these. We have bought four pairs now. I spent 300.00 on the top end Sony for my daughter last year pair after reading reviews. These are every hit as quality for a third of the price and included all the same accessories and are VERY comfortable with a long range Bluetooth reception area.

Purchased this product from Best Buy in December 2020. Yesterday I went to put it in and the platis headband just snapped in two. This is nonrepairable and Phillips won't cover it under warranty. I didn't do anything abusive, just went to put it on. Before that, they were not bad. Sound was good. The google assistant message often interfered with the sound when I was adjusting them but otherwise good. Plasic is obviously cheap so be gentle with them.
