Really enjoyed this Mac Book, fast, easy to work and I also like the size.

Mac products usually run with little or no issue, however this coverage is needed as this is a expensive unit. I Justvwish the apple care was cheaper and should be for 5 years.

Not as great as my older MacBook but nice and lightweight. Gets the job done.

Perfect 'mobile' replacement for my iMac Desktop. The MacBook Air is lightweight, easy to use, and was reasonably priced. I like the Touch Bar but really wish Apple would add a "Touch Screen" feature to the MacBook. Using iCloud for storage made for a smooth transition from one machine to the other and setup was smooth as well.

The computer itself is great. The fact that I had to take it to an apple store to get it fixed because Best Buy throws its stuff around in a warehouse is not so great. Recommend getting AppleCare. Even apple said this happens because of the warehouse damage... Great product but please be more next time Best Buy.

Having screen go bad on macbook air after a year, it was good to have just in case. Repairs were free of charge, and other than the time without the device, everything went well.

I have had to call in for apple support about three times since I have had my mac, most for simple reasons, but once for an actual problem where I received someone on the phone to help me, who even set up and appointment for me to take it into the shop. At the shop, all I had to do was drop it off and pick it up, nothing else, and no out of pocket expense for my particular problem. ( My keyboard was not responding or typing in the right language no matter what resets I was doing myself and after guidance on the phone so I took it in to be seen.)

Great product, easy to use and navigate through like most Apple products. Only downside is the price of these products and the amount of storage/processor power you are paying for.

This laptop is for my daughter to do school work and it does the job at both the homework as well as the zoom meeting that is needed to accomplish her studies

I would recommend this care plan when purchasing a MacBook because it covers the usually bases of safety, but doesn’t cover everything. I would also take a look at BestBuy’s care plan.

Basically you can replace your computer twice at 299 fee. Repairs take a while... sent mine oct 24 and still haven’t gotten it back nov 7.

Certainly happy that we purchased the 3-year plan. Had to use it once already for computer internal parts failure.

Protection plans are a necessary evil but most important. Your product will be protected from drops,spills and everyday accidents

Nice of apple to offer this service although it should be more detailed on what they can’t accept to get fixed

It’s a great lap top and it does everything I need it to do. I also like that it syncs with my iPhone.

A MacBook is quite expensive, so getting the AppleCare+ 3-year plan is a good idea in my opinion. Although there are limitations, the amount of things that are covered in this plan is good enough in the situation that you use for more than 1 of those benefits. Otherwise, if you are going to not use more than 1 of the benefits offered, it's better to just get it seperately. Then again, the future is unpredictable and it's better to be safe than sorry.

I love the style of MacBooks. The are simple to use and have premium sound and screen resolution.

It's always good to get warranty for electric items. This will come in handy and it's durable.

Always buy warranty, you’ll need it. Things happen.
