As I transferred pictures to the usb I would delete them because I trusted that I was going to save them. I went and plugged it in to my phone again one day and I got on the app and it was not allowing me to open the folders I had made with my pictures. I tried to see if I could just open it and save it on my computer and I couldn’t. Not a good usb in my opinion. I even tried to back up my phone and it said it did. Then checked again and it wasn’t on there. So not sure why but it’s not saving anything I’m trying to save.

This product is the worst, I bought one for my daughter for Christmas and one for myself. Neither sync to our phones. You download the app and then the app crashes when you click on it!! I spent $80 and if i could return them I would!

This device worked as far as being recognized in Windows 10 Pro x64. However, the software from the App Store is total garbage and never worked. I even tested it on a freshly formatted Apple iPhone XR with nothing on it, same result where when you launch the app, it freezes and then automatically closes abruptly. I ended up returning this and the next 3 from other local stores had the exact issue.

I love the concept of this, but sadly I was not able to get this to work correctly. The app kept crashing on multiple phones we tried and it seems like you can only select a few pictures at a time without the app crashing. when you have thousands of pictures to move, that is not practical.

Needed to reference YouTube to learn how to use. Instructions included in box useless. Does no load pictures chronologically. It loaded them all jumbled up. We bought it when was on sale half price. Still not worth it.

I did not like this product. I have not been able to load the photos onto my laptop. I’ll keep trying. Or ask for tech help. The instructions are complicated. I found the Sandisk model to work more easily and satisfactorily by comparison.

Instructions not comprehensive. No You Tube videos solved problems. Would not transfer files. Will store files--that's not it's primary purpose. Program alone occupied 16GB + of memory! Wasted hours trying to make it work; looking for answers.

After installing the app for this device it will say that it is reading and then kick you off of the app. When plugging it into the computer usb port I get a notification that it’s drawing more power than the port can support. Junk! Waste of money!

Doe not back up anything other than photos and contacts! I bought this device to back up all of the files and documents on my iPad, but it doesn’t recognize any files other than photos. What a waste of money.

The instructions were so limited it is difficult for me to understand how to use it, I don’t care for it.

I’ve hesitated upon purchasing this for a while now. I decided to pick it up recently after contemplating for months. Boy was that a wrong decision! Soon as I plugged it in, it prompted me to download the app, then that’s where the problem starts. App keeps closing/crashing, making this item useless! Save your money, DO NOT buy this!

Bought two of these. One of them works great and it is a really useful device. However, the second one does not work and never heard back from PNY support...

I had hoped that this USB drive with both lighting and C connectors would allow for easy backups and transfers of files, photos and videos. However, the required app is so poorly implemented that the drive is frustrating to use and often locks up. So, I had to return it. I would clearly not recommend it!

Does not work with any IOS device. tried from iphone 13 pro, to Iphone SE 2020 to iPad pro, to 2017 iPad

Could not get device to work. I installed it and it would only transfer some of the files.

It didn’t really do what I needed it to do. It wouldn’t copy all my photos which were well within the storage space

The product was reduced $40 when I purchased and after I bought it I understood why. After installing the app I proceeded to coping pics directly from iPhone and the app kept crashing. It didn’t even let me copy 5 pics at a time. I have an iPhone 6s.

This is a good idea, but doesn’t work correctly. Using the required app on my iPhone XSmax ,I can see the files on the usb, but not the files on my IPhone XS Max. I can copy from usb to iPhone , but not from the iPhone to the usb because the iPhone files aren’t visible. I can copy file attachments from emails using my iPhone to the USB. Might just need a App update to see files on the iPhone.

I actually give it a -1. I should have listened to a few reviews I saw that advised of the same problem I had when I went to use it. The device does not connect to the computer when you plug it in making it impossible to download anything. Giant waste of $ and time.
