I haven't unlocked it's true potential since I don't have a hyperthreading CPU. Haven't tried over clocking the card yet. The card I replaced kept crashing (Ratheon). I'm pretty happy with this card and don't see myself replacing it anytime soon till I upgrade to DDR4. The Best Buy's Associate didn't try to over sell me, but helped me choose the best card for my budget.

I am not a gamer so I can't comment on gaming performance. I have 4 monitors being driven by the card using all of its outputs. 2 of the monitors are rotated and sit sideways. The bottom middle monitor is driven at 2560x 1440 (it is capable of 2880x1620 but the text was too small) the 2 side monitors are 1920x1200 and so is the top monitor. Only strange thing was using the HDMI cable to HDMI the resolution would only go 1920x1080 on the AURIA monitor. Using an HDMI to DVI cable on the I was able to get the full 1920 x1200. (on my Samsung T240HD the HDMI did drive the monitor 1920x1200. My Auria is the one that didn't. Ended up using the DP on that one instead of the HDMI.

Got this on sale, which is always a plus. Works great and is VERY quiet. I did have to check the website as the fans didnt seem to be running. Found out the new cards (yes it had been years since I purchased my last one) have temperature sensing technology so the fans dont run unless set temperature for the card has been surpassed. I do a lot of video conversion, etc and this has cut my processing time by 70% and in some cases from hours to just a few minutes. I have an older desktop and was concerned it may not work - but I just plugged it in and it was ready to roll. I was considering buying/building a new desktop but can put that off since this card is so fast!

I have had this card for a couple of weeks. Didn't need drivers when I plugged it in, as I was replacing an Nvidia card. Used software included to update the drivers. Super easy to install. This took the main game I play (World of Tanks) from 20 fps at medium to 100 fps on high. For a mid range card, you can't go wrong. Pros: Easy install, solid return on money spent. Cons: This is a quibble, but the card does run hot due to the fan not coming on when idling. I downloaded MSI afterburner, an overclocking application, simply to change the settings for the fan. I have it set to 40% at start-up, and this brought the idling temp from 59 C to 35 C. Other thoughts: Gaming is so much more fun when the graphics are better!! Really pleased with this purchase.

The 950 is a solid preforming card near the top end of current video card technology. The price though is the main selling point. You get close to top end performance for a price that doesn't kill the budget, especially if like me you needed two for SLI.

My old card (GTX465) finally gave out after 5+ years so I did some research on different cards from Nvidia and AMD and I decided to take a chance on this card. I use my PC for a number of different things and I am not a heavy gamer but this card has been awesome! I can play most games on high settings and it doesn't break a sweat. It's also good for photo editing and general computing needs. Very quiet and energy efficient and won't bust the budget. I give it 5 stars.

easy install and a great card for the money. It's fast and gives great graphic's it's not quite as fast as a top end card but it doesn't cost what they do either. overall a very nice card.

Was simple to install and runs games on high settings no problem. There was an issue with heroes of the storm crashing randomly due to a bug in the graphics drivers but Nvidia patched the updated already.

Grabbed this card to enable my inexpensive home build to be able to run some more advanced games. Seems to work great, easy install. Would definitely recommend

Bought this to upgrade our computers graphics card. Was easy to install, run wonderful and performs great. Big improvement in the games my son plays.

Have been a long time user of GeForce video cards, and have used other brands for different purposes, but I still love GeForce for my everyday tasks. An old video card of mine died, and wasn't in any shape to be saved, with the warranty being long expired. So I went researching around, and picked up this video card. Got home, installed in less than 5 minutes. Veryyyyyyy easy to install this model, as it has easy-install plastic screws instead of manually doing it.

superior item excellent at staying cool and great for the middle of the performance line

Needed to be able to run three monitors off one card. This card handles it well. Powerful yet reasonably priced.

I bought Call of Duty Black Ops III recently. Found out my video board was not up the the job. Bought this one. I love it. Running games 40 to 60 FPS.

Was almost happy with my gen 5 i5 CPU built in graphics, but became unable to use that because of damage to my mobo's HDMI jack. Bought this to have a functional HDMI jack and to have a shot at using a higher than HD resolution when my desktop is connected to my 4K TV. I haven't been able to accomplish the latter, since the card's nVidia driver doesn't offer it despite stating compatibility with 4K on the box--someone please help. Other than that, the card works fine for ordinary computing; I don't play games.

I can game most everything in ultra, without significant FPS drops, it's blue it matches my case fans and leds, I like it so much I will be purchasing another for SLI

This video card does well for streaming HD video and playback of blu ray and DVDs and you get flicker free playback. Also, works well with adventure and sports games.

Needed a new video card to play Star Wars Battlefront on my non-gamer PC. This card allowed us to play the game without having to upgrade the whole computer.
