I love this treadmill so far. Need a bit of help with assembly but wasn’t too bad. It shakes a little more than I thought it should when I do really high intense runs but Otherwise seems pretty sturdy. There is an area on the mat that seems like it warped a little bit or has like two treads across it, I can’t tell if it’s where it’s sealed but it doesn’t look like it … see the image up close. I would buy the warranty. Good product for the price.

I bought this because I needed to walk since I can't go to the park. I was able to put it together myself but with a lot of patience. You have to be strong to move this box around and unpack it, because it was door delivery only. I was able to move it on furniture sliders. It was challenging to lay it down due to it weighing 300 lbs. but was successful. One bolt hole had a flaw but I was able to do without it. I was able to bypass the iFit registration 'requirement' by viewing a video online. I use it every day. I would recommend.

      Lovely

We apologize that this treadmill came without the expected heart rate reader on the handles. This feature is no longer included on our treadmills as we have found the wearable heart rate monitors are more accurate. We are currently in the process of updating the pictures on this listing to show this correctly.

We hope other than that you are happy with this treadmill’s performance to fit your needs. Please let us know if you need any thing by emailing us at ce@ProForm.com.

The installation was easy to follow, it did require two people for a couple of things but not everything, and it required the drill for some screws that wouldn’t go in because the holes weren’t big enough for the screws. Besides that the size is great for us. My husband is 5’10 and he runs every night at high speeds. It is easy to turn on and go. No, you Dont need the fit membership to run on it. We did not get it since we just walk or run on it.

I've been using the machine for about a month and I like it. By following the instructions to override it at first startup, I did not have to sign up for the iFit, which I am not interested it. My only complaint is about the customer service at Pro-Form. The machine has 20 built-in workouts, but the user manual doesn't list what they are, so you just have to guess or scroll through them all, which isn't practical when you want to mix up your workouts. I'd like to have a printable list that details each of the 20 workouts and have sent Pro-Form THREE requests online and made one phone call, but no one ever responds or picks up the phone. From the online interface and phone messages when I called, it's clear that their main priority is to try to get monthly iFit subscriptions. For the price, it is a good machine, but the lack of info on the workouts leaves me disappointed and frustrated.

    Useless ridiculously huge console

Pros Wide belt Long track, Great for longer strides Sturdy Incline is great! Just press a button. Cons Console it totally useless. Even if you use iFit you have to use your tablet which would cover the console. Holders are shaped strange so even a water bottle won’t stand up. Bluetooth speaker is useless can only be used if using iFit. So there is a HUGE speaker that you can’t even use! No pulse monitor so why the huge console if it doesn’t do anything. The entire top part of the treadmill is not even needed! The arms are so long we continually hit our arms or hands on them while trying to walk or run. Folding would be great if you want to work out facing a wall. Otherwise useless. Again because of the ridiculous console. So heavy you really can’t move it easily. Needs a redesign for sure!!

      Alftan

We’re glad you appreciate the belt side and incline feature this treadmill contains, but are sorry to know that the console did not fit your preferences.

Located right on the console, QuickSpeed® buttons make it easy to adjust your intensity in an instant. At the touch of a button, you can quickly switch between climbing hills and cooling down at the end of your workout.

Using a wearable heart rate monitor is more accurate than hand grip monitors included with equipment. Because of this, hand grip monitors are no longer manufactured with our equipment. However, a wearable monitor can be recognized through bluetooth.

Let us know if we can offer more information to improve your experience with this unit by emailing us at ce@ProForm.com.

Good basic treadmill. Nothing fancy about it but its a good sturdy machine. Been using it for about 2 or 3 months, so far so good no negatives about it. If you looking for a good basic treadmill without out all the extra stuff that gets the job done running/ or just walking this is a great buy

I bought this to try and shed some of the “quarantine” pounds that I have put on. It’s a great treadmill for the money. I used the ifit membership, which comes free, for about three weeks, then decided to just go at it on my own. You do not have to have an ifit subscription to use this machine. As far as setup, I hired someone to do it, and he was finished in less than an hour. Perfect piece of equipment for the money.

Good treadmill, iFit is a great addition and makes workouts a lot more enjoyable. Simple to put together with the exception of a couple of the bolts/screws that aren't the easiest to get to and sockets won't fit. Purchased this one because it doesn't have a built in tablet. The built in tablets are android tablets, but they are locked so you can't do anything else on them except the iFit application.

Nice treadmill. The one i saw in the picture is not the screen you get. We got a different screen and at first thought they sent us wrong model. Its all good because we don’t really care for the ifit service. The belt works but it did come with a white spot on it. So 4 stars but if the screen was what was shown in the bestbuy image i would give the full 5 stars.

This was delivered early. Fairly easy to assemble, only had to make a couple screw holes larger. My goof - skipped a step and take most of it apart and reassemble, but otherwise went well. Trick on activating - just hold the iFit button for 30 seconds; no need to go to the website. I did, but did not enter any credit card info. Nor did I download the app. Has run well the times I have used it.

This is a great treadmill. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the assembly was a little confusing. You have to remove screws and throw them away, remove other screws and save fo later and you have a bunch of others you use. In the end it took two of us two hours to assemble. Granted we are not handy people so it may not be bad for those that are handier.

So, the treadmill itself isn;t that bad, i absolutely HATE that large portions of the features are hidden behind the iFIT subscription model. It's a shame that you spend so much and have to get trapped into a subscription model to use the product efficiently. so far we are using it for the basic level of running, jogging and walking with different intensities. Durability is so far good, installation was done by bestbuy tech support along with my totaltech subscription as it seemed like a better option to have which give you addtional 2 year warranty on any product you buy here on BestBuy. The treadmill itself looks great, it's kind of portable where you can lift up the platform but it still does occupy its own space. it's been only couple of months. I'm on the heavy set, so i use it only for intense walking or slow walk during the winter months.
