I was not impressed with the overall service provided by the Geek Squad. I had to wait 4 weeks to have my stereo installed and am not happy with the final product. They said that they could replace my old amp behind my back seat - they could not. They called twice to ask me how to do it; I was a bit thrown off then as they were the “professionals” and had already stated this would not be a problem. I suggested that they check out YouTube for assistance. They then told me that they could not find a you tube video. I did a search and found several with out any problems. They did not incorporate my factory microphone or USB with the new stereo but said that they could. I paid to have a harness that incorporates all of the factory provisions with the new stereo. They told me that my factory USB and Mic had broken; I am not sure about the mic but I can still get a power charge off the factory USB. I feel as though these so called Geeks were lazy and didn’t want to make the extra effort needed to do the job right. The microphone and USB they installed, looked like my 16 year old self did the job and my 16 year old self was lazy and cut corners any where he could. They did not walk me through the new stereo process. I had to go back and inquire as to why my USB was not working only to discover that they had added one that was now dangling from the underside of the dashboard on the passenger side. Had I known that waiting 4 weeks would have resulted in this, I would have taken my vehicle somewhere else. I do not recommend their services to anyone.

we had to buy a couple of extra wires for the steering wheel control and antenna also the instructions were for the previous model

I needed this unit for my new stereo to work with steering wheel controls. Simple hookup and works great

Great product for keeping everything thing factory except for sync that's another whole purchase....Did exactly what i was looking for

Made all factory controls work with 2012 Ford Expedition minus Sync but dont need Sync with new radio :)

I was intimidated by installing a modern radio into a somewhat modern car since today's cars are getting more complex. If it's the disassembly of the dash to get to the radio or the wiring, it felt overwhelming. With this wiring harness kit, it made the install easier. It also comes with a small update alert on wire color changes. I used this to just connect the radio to the car. The car's steering wheel functions were messed up from the previous owner so I didn't even bother with it.

You need this wiring harness to install the radio. Would be very hard without this

We shopped around a lot before having this stereo system installed. The product was good and the installation was excellent.

Easy installation, no issues, with or without the manual, color coded wires made it easier.

Voice activation doesn’t work. When you push the button on the wheel to activate apple car play the button doesn’t work.

Im only going off what the installation guy told me. He said it was easy to install.

Misleading! It states it is the steering wheel control; however, they don't actually provide the controls for the steering wheel unless your vehicle is already equipped with it. Very disappointing when we picked up the vehicle with a new stereo and no steering wheel controls.
