Excellent comfortable and quite keyboard. Would like it to have more of a range for RGB but cant find many keyboards in white so it is what it is.

Great Keyboard but it is not silent at all. I love razer products but its makes a lot of noise

I never knew I would find a brand of keyboard that I will forever stay away from. I bought this keyboard for my work set up and quickly ran into a problem using the function keys. Long story short is that there is no function lock and in order to use it you must download razer synapse software to run in the background at all times. I can not do this on a work computer. Even downloading the latest software that says it will work will not make it work.

Just recently purchased this model, connects to my personal and work computer so i can switch back and forth. The comfort is great and the feeling of the keys as you type for long periods of time is great as well. If you’re looking for a wireless mechanical keyboard that is multi functional, look no more!

I wanted to like this product, but it failed in almost every respect. Firstly, the battery life is horrible even using it with the lights turned down (a setting only accessible from software you have to download...really?) Connectivity is not up to par with the price point and continually has issues switching between BT channels, and on top of that it continually falls asleep The main issue is with the mode switch toggle. There is insulation that was not properly applied and as a result it becomes very difficult to switch between 2.4 ghz/BT/off positions (something you NEED to do as this keyboard will die immediately if you don't turn it off). Also, after 3 months of use the teeny-tiny bit of plastic that operates the mode switch simply broke off after normal use, so now if you want to turn it off or mode switch you have to REMOVE THE CASE in order to turn it off, an impossible feat as you need to basically remove every key and undo 16 screws, so you just leave it on until it dies or keep it plugged in. Talking to support was a nightmare as usual. First they said they'd help, then they'd talk to another team, before eventually rejecting the case (without letting me know I might add I had to call in days later to find out what was going on) because I opened the case to take a picture...which I had to do to photograph the issue in order to submit a claim so - a paradox to be sure. I needed an answer quickly as I need a wireless keyboard for my business, and I just needed a simple yes/no so I could get it repaired somewhere if they couldn't help. Instead I will likely sell it for parts or donate it and get a keyboard that isn't 180$. Lesson learned, never buy a Razer product. The flashy lights really only help in illuminating the flaws in their incredibly overpriced products
