I remember renting this game from Blockbuster back when it 1st released. Yes, it was that long ago and I remember having a great time with it. I had to return it before I ever got a chance to finish so when I found that it was being re-released, I was stoked. I even managed to snag it at a great prize. Red Faction has always been one of my series because of the destructible environments and realistic physics. This entry is no exception and offers a vast open world to explore, satisfying shooting mechanics, and crisp 4K visuals on Xbox One X. If you enjoyed this game back in the day, I definitely recommend picking up the remastered version.

Love the game, knew exactly what I was in for.What I wasn't in for was trying to find a physical copy on the release date.No news, no nothing about a disc in store.No warning that maybe it was download only? Nobody knows anything? Finally found a week in a half later but only for Xbox 1 after searching 2 stores.Probably the worst game buying experience in my life.Lack of info or concern on everyone's part, dealing with young(know it all's) who only know what came out yesterday, anything else is of no concern.("Who cares") pretty much sums it up.THUMBS DOWN WAY DOWN!!!

I've always loved the Red Faction games, and while this latest one does away with some of the neater features of the original game, the fact that you can destroy buildings is ludicrously fun. I won't say that the story is anything to write home about, but I love the game nonetheless. Think of it like a cleaner version of Saints Row, but on Mars, and you can blow up buildings.

This is still the same Red Faction Guerrilla you know & likely love, but it's now more polished than ever before. On the Xbox One x, you get two options: 4K (2160p) w/ a variable framerate or 1800p with a stable 60 frames-per-second. Either way, this is a massive improvement over the original release. If you're into sci-fi & open world games with lots to see & do, just buy this fantastic game!

Would recommend this game to anyone that is a fan of the red faction series. While this is a remake and update of the last game and not an entirely new game it feels like a new game. Details and textures look much better than the original. Not a bad game for the price.

The world is destructible there are vehicles and it's open world.

Red Faction Guerrilla was an awesome experience when it released back in 2009. Now its remaster brings back the same action which hasn't really been duplicated in any game since. This is a fantastic remaster and looks great in 4K (though it is still the same empty-ish world). Taking down the EDF in the emergent gameplay of the Red Faction world with fully destructible buildings is an experience no one should miss.

I enjoyed this Re-Mars-Tered edition. Not worth the upgrade if you own the original for the slight bump in graphics. If you don't have thos original then get this one at this cheap price.

This game was an awesome sleeper hit back in the 360 ps3 days. I missed it but it's out now on next gen and it's awesome. I hope Batman Origins gets this treatment!!

I miss playing this Red Faction. I'm glad they re-mastered it as it was one of my most played game, I think back in 09.' I highly recommend it.

I bought the game for a nostalgic reasons. I loved the game back when it originally released, but it is very hard to go back to.

Great game with a very well needed update. The 4k isnt really great since the game is pretty old but if you're buying a remaster sometimes you dont expect the best updates.

12yr old likes and approves even with M rating. Looks good to go with plenty of gaming options and time to complete the game.

This is my first time playing this game and even though it’s a port from older systems it’s still very fun

It looks fantastic on the Xbox One X. Pure remaster without changing or messing up the story or gameplay.

I loved this game when it first came out. Very fun to destroy whatever you want. Controls are a little clunky.
