Buyer Beware!

I bought this for all the features it has in a small compact size. It has the PTZ feature but hardly detects and moves to the item/person. When you place the camera in a fixed location per the presets…the camera shifts to a different angle on its own the next day. I couldn’t return this item within the return/exchange period because I was out of town. Lost $100 on something I’m not even going to use. Buyer Beware of this item!

Absolute mess - shame on best buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.they do not mention anywhere on this website that you need to buy: - a 12v power adapter - a PoE injector, switch, or NVR (and they don't sell them) - a memory card - the ethernet cable is WAY too short, it makes absolutely no sense for how the camera is used, so I had to buy one - they sent me the wrong camera and it was so complicated to return it that I didn't bother - I paid for priority shipping and despite never receiving the correct item they wouldn't refund this
