Cheaply build
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought it for $3, thats what it’s worth, Cheaply constructed. The components were falling apart right from the box. Would be a toy for a kid to ply with.

Won't focus, button defective - hunk of junk
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read many reviews of this before buying on sale. I wasn't expecting Samsung quality at this price point, but I did expect a functional product. The only reason I would even give it one star is because it's fairly comfortable, although heavy. My eyelashes usually hit sunglasses, etc. but I didn't have any issues with that. I tried with my Samsung S8, S7 Edge and S6 in that order trying to get it to focus and the button to work. I have very thin cases on all of them, but removing them didn't help. No matter what adjustments I make, it won't focus, the button won't work and I have to remove it (because of the weight) and open it up to touch the screen. I would have to put a shim under the button slider, but I won't bother because it's so fuzzy. I also had issues with the phone power button and the S8 was a tight fit. It also tracks to the right as the demo goes along, so I was facing another direction by the end of one of the demos. I'll return it if I'm in the area of a best buy, but it's not worth a special trip.

Doesn't work and no live support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesn't work. Downloaded the software put batteries in the remote linked the remote to my iPhone and tried it out. The first thing you have to do in the VR app is to click on a button. There's no button on the headset to click and none of the buttons on the remote do anything. I tried calling support and got a message asking me to leave my phone number and someone would call me back the next day. With support like this I think I'll just return the product.

overall not good experience
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The lenses are not clear, the headset is not secure when wearing it, bigger phones will not fit in the frame, the magnet is not strong enough so do not put heavy phones into the headset. the controller does not connect to phone easily.

Fit well - no functionality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have been wanting a pair if vr glasses and thought I would give these a try. These had a good feel, not too heavy and not too flimsy. They held my phone with or without the case. Problem was, the button that is placed on top that you use could not tap the screen. I placed foam behind my iPhone and the button could still not press the phone. The remote is s bit worthless with the iPhone.

Not compatible with Google Daydream
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to use the now dead Google Daydream. It didn't work. Also my phone doesn't fit inside the headset without completely removing the case. I consider it a total loss, but I got it cheap. The bluetooth remote does, in fact, work, it's just not that useful.

not what we thought it would be
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we bought this for my son and returned it within the week. The remote did not work. We made sure the switch was on the correct ios and nothing. This would be ok if the headset itself would have a button that could click the screen, but it doesn't. I'm not sure if the other model has it either.... which makes absolutely no sense because you have to open up the VR set and take out the phone to click the screen. His foam "cardboard" model and the viewmaster worked better than this. We were looking for an inexpensive VR with head strap that was better than cardboard. This was not it.

Confusing and lacking in content
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this as a "starter" VR device mainly because the price was reasonable and while I did not expect it to operate at all like a more expensive, PC based VR set, it failed to even meet my minimum expectations. My iPhone 6 Plus fit poorly, causing the volume control to constantly be pressed and showing up on screen. The bluetooth controller was next to useless and when I accidentally dropped the remote on a carpeted floor, it promptly shattered into five pieces. The device came with nearly no instructions. The main upside was is cost me less than $50 to try it out.

controler did not work
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.control hand held device was broken when out of the box. It does not fit Iphones very well. basic poorly made product. Save your money, it is very cheaply made. If you want a VR to play with, this is not the one.

Cheap build quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The second I opened the box you could tell this was a very cheap, poorly built item. Put phone in headset and it would not remain closed do to it closing only with a magnet. I returned it immediately.

Not impressed at all
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The phone/VR headset experience for me was NOT good. I was not impressed. I was using an Android Galaxy phone. I spent about 6 hours working with this machine the night I bought it. I downloaded 20 or more apps and just didn't get the results I was hoping for. Also, the little remote control that comes with it is CHEAP. I returned it the next day.

Anti-Utopia!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Oh goodness where do I start...On the positive side it had a very good price point. It didn't work well for my Samsung 8. It took me a while to adjust the lens to my phone. Only one side of the lens was somewhat clear. Difficult to see through when things are still blurry. The remote worked half the time. After a couple of hours trying to make it work I gave up.

Not impressed.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I couldn't get the remote to work with my phone. They weren't the most comfortable goggles either. The cheap cardboard set I have works better.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased what i thought was a new inbox item online for store pick up. Item i was given appeared to be a previous return...Box was scotch taped closed and the controller had batteries in it from a rival store...then the item didn't seem to work for my phone...which was supposed to be compatible...so i returned item...hope they don't pass it along to some one else

Controller was stuck in a mode couldn't switch.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The only issue I have was the controller to the VR. It was stuck in iOS mode. Try to switch to android and the darn thing still won't work. I guess that's what I get for thinking i was getting a great VR / controller for a real very low price..

Don't Go Cheap
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is kinda sucky. I'm not too upset though because I caught it on sale. It gives you an idea of what VR is and could be, but I'd pass on this product. My buddy's cardboard one works a lot better! The remote that comes with it is pretty much useless. You also have to remove your phone each time to select or navigate medias.
