It stated it TWICE that a 32 gig sd card is included, I contacted the live chat agent, he insisted that my order did not include an sd card, I sent him a link, told him where the information was listed, and he still insisted that it did not come with an sd card.

Once you need to get your videos the complications start. The wifi is hard to turn on and once its on the app is brutally painful to use. Getting videos to download to your phone is rough. You should juat remove the memory card and get them from your computer. I also recommend at least 128gb memory card. The 32gb is overwriting videos after 2 days. Again, as a dash cam, its great. They nees to make the extra features more usable. I installed one in my car and one in my wife’s car.

We always recommend a card of at least 64Gb if yo are a regular driver.
We have also updated the app for faster connection to make downloading videos much easier.

It never did hook up to my phone app to view so I can't even rate that aspect. The screen is nice to see, but it's pretty small as well.

Also when I looked at the camera it was super light and felt cheaply made. Im sure it probably costs them under 20 bucks to make. But I'm not really gonna know until tomorrow when I GO TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A SD CARD and hook it up. Maybe I'm judging too quickly or maybe because I'm upset it was already missing parts. Anyways I won't really know until I install it.

It's probably worth it if you're buying this as something to keep record of your driving. Wouldn't recommend to enthusiasts. Not particularly effective at night.

Reliability is probably the most important thing in a dash cam. I also wish it was more intuitive to use. I do like that it can be connected multiple ways and it fits close to the windshield.
