I just love it, its my best purchase ever, easy to use, not heavy, perfect cleaner, just check WiFi compatibility, because mine doesn't work with my WiFi, so i have to program manually.

This is my best vacuum yet. I have a Deebot Omni x1 and a Shark. This Roborock is the best.

It's incredible at first I didn't believe it much but this machine is excellent

This robot is awesome. We decided to get one since we have 3 cats and a dog, so lets just say its a life saver. We dont have to sweep every day we can just let the roborock do the work.

Moving up from various neato and Ecovacs' lower line products, i appreciate the refinement the roborock s7 performs. With the full suite of navigation aides, i think hou have to pay to not be left frustrated or feeling like a robot vacuum is underperforming. Efficient navigation and effective cleaning. 0 navigation errors.

I love my Roborock & I would highly recommend it. The navigation system works & that was what I researched for such a long time to ensure. It is a big help cleaning my home. Delivery was quick.

I replaced my irobot with this and is working a lot better. Very rarely get any errors from scheduled jobs. Its also quicker to clean a room and the wheel motors are a lot quieter. The only issue to me is that the app really drains the phone battery while running, and it’s room limit is a little low for my house.

I have only had it for about a week. But my floors have been so clean since running this. I have a golden retriever & two cats. You can imagine the hair. It has picked up ALL of it! The mop just uses water and has been doing a great job at making the floor look clean too. Hubby absolutely loves this and Ryan it from his phone, watches the route on the app and it hasn’t had any issues yet. He’s been checking to see if any golden glitter has jammed up, and it hasn’t. Pricey but works much better than our shark did, so I would say it’s worth it. I hope it has longevity too. Lastly hubby isn’t tech savvy and was able to set it up and put it on his phone without my help.

As 1st time robot vac buyer. I Purchased Iroomba s9 plus 1st after reviews. Shape made sense for corners, but mapping took all weekend. Then it just would die in middle of vacuuming. Exchanged for Roborock and night and day difference. I love it. Mapped in 5-6 mins I watched it at work first couple of times n picked up everything. Mopping works well,love how you can do directional so it runs with the wood grains.

Second Roborock owned (also have the S7). The carpet lift feature works great. With 2 kids and a dog, truly allows us to keep a clean home without any effort. Does have to recharge once to finish the whole house, but the quiet mode is as advertised. A real ‘set it and forget it’ appliance. Am an engineer, so truly appreciate seeing great technology used effectively.

We get a lot of dust, and tracked dirt on our hardware floors. With the roborock vacuuming and mopping now nearly everyday ( I mop every other day, and vacuum twice a day), I can now walk around the house every day with no shoes, and no socks, and its amazing. One less thing to worry about. I especially love the ability to tell google assistant which room to clean for a quick clean, and the self disposing dirt home station.

Exceeded my in laws expectations! Works way better than their old one and it mops. Wish it would wash closer to the baseboards but it does the job picking up our shedded hair. Easy to take off the hair off the rollers as well.

Great cleaning/machine for the price point. Friends had the q7 and We wanted a step up (because you can - the q7 was definitely a good machine). Love the easy to use programming/set up. Great regular mopping function and good vacuum. Definitely a well worthwhile purchase!

Love this vacuum. It does a very good job cleaning the house is literally spotless and we never have to do any cleaning. The set up was easy, and it is not as noisy as some of the other ones out there. I did a lot of research before getting this. This is really the best option for a robovac

Best Robot Vacuum at the moment. Cleans nicely, easy to set up. The App is fantastic. Easy to clean. Good suction power Cons - Mopping could be better, suction power could be more.

Absolutely love it, i just had a total knee replacement and i needed someone to help me with my house chores. This is the best help I ever got. I recommend it to anyone from surgery recoveries to busy moms to anyone that needs an extra help. Love it!!!!
