Freezes on commercials for Youtube TV

It randomly freezes a blank screen on Youtube TV commercials. I sent requested details to Roku 6 weeks ago and have had no response. I made a ticket and they asked for details but nothing since. It freezes within 10 minutes or it may play 2 hours then freeze. The sound is great but it is unreliable and customer service will not respond to my requests. The Roku Ultra requires double clicks for muting and the Streambar freezes so I cannot recommend Roku products.

Posted .Hello, This is certainly not the kind of experience we would hope for you to have and this does not sound like typical behavior. Is this only happening on YouTube TV or does this happen on other channels, too?
Sometimes, performing a system restart on the player can resolve this. Other times, you might need to uninstall and reinstall the affected channels, check the status of your wireless connection, or contact the channel's service provider.

Don't buy electronics from Best Buy!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were sold a sound bar with Roku on it on Jan 2, delivered on January 5th and we only needed a sound bar for a Roku TV. Best But assured us it would work great. It cost us 195.00 bucks. After trying to make this work with our Roku TV for the last 3 weeks we have given up. They are not working together after finally speaking to Roku we need to return it as it just wont work right. So now on my Best Buy page it says it is no longer returnable! What!?!
