The game can be a bit tedious at times, but overall it's a relaxing experience and easy for those new to the series to pick up and play. Seems to be a good time for the younger or older crowds from the time I've spent with it, just don't come expecting a Final Fantasy or Witcher scale story.

A farming sim coupled with a full-fledged dungeon crawler, RF4 Special is a great port of a fun 3DS title. Still looks like a 3DS game, but what can you do?

Really great game! Highly recommend it! I come mostly from Harvest Moon type farming games and Animal Crossing. It has a great storyline and the monster fights are well done.

I love the Rune factory series and this game made the top of my favorite I can play for hours and not get board playing it. Amazingly fun for anyone who loves the series.

It is Harvest Moon with Dragons. I cannot wait for Rune Factory 5 when it eventually releases later this year. In the meantime this is a great holding place.

An amazing port from 3DS. If your a fan or a newcomer to the series I highly recommend getting this game. Also a booklet is included with the game which is a rarity these days.

Love the Rune factory series. I also have the 3DS version and wanted to try out the special version for the switch. Rune factory 4 is probably my favorite out of all 4 games.

I love this game and the storyline does sync with the events along with the gameplay. I love Rune Factory and I am definitely keeping this game as part of my collection.

I don't think I've been able to pick up any of the other games I've recently purchased because of this game. It's fun and is full of jokes and puns (for those who like them like I do).

Farming simulator with deep combat elements. The end game is very fleshed out with stuff to level up.

I love Rune Factory 4. I wish there were a few minor things like making the story progression not based on random events, however, the game was enjoyable. Great purchase!

i've always loved this game. i'm only 10 hours in but there's still so much to do and this is definitely a game to play if you want to lose track of time and escape the world.

Farming and fighting monster is pretty awesome, If you like farming games like Stardew Valley or Story of Season(Harvest Moon) you'll like this too!

I lovveeee this game it's so addicting. Played it for hours. A friend recommended it to me because I played stardew valley, and they weren't wrong I adore it.

I really enjoy playing rpg's and farming games so I watched some youtubers play it to make sure I would like it and it was on sale so I bought a copy

I miss the opportunity of playing this when it came out. This is one of the funnest games of the series, and I am glad they brought it to the switch

Love it to death so far. The only complaint I have is the visuals. They don't translate very well to the Switch, but it's still charming. The gameplay is fun, and everything you do gives you levels so no matter what you do during a day you feel like you're making progress.
