We have found this to be a very respectable addition to our kitchen. We needed a counter top microwave to fit on an existing buffet counter. With a ceramic coated interior the clean up is easy. The feature of the broiler element allows us to brown items without needing to fire up the large oven. Our one reservation is the unit has a relatively short power cord.

So far so good - I haven't used every function on it and I really like it. It's very roomy and easy to operate. My 80 year old MIL can use it! It's more like an oven inside but it makes it so much easier to clean. And I got an open box and saved a ton of money - if you have this option I highly suggest you do it

I’m super impressed with this microwave! It’s super powerful for it’s wattage. And it has small grill! I was needing this grill for my beef steaks. Thinking chefs Just fry them 2mins each side? No! I knew it from the chef of one very famous restaurant. He puts steaks under the grill for 10-15 mins to the oven after grill frying to be fully cooked! So I was needing the same. The plate is exactly the same size as my pan. That’s truly awesome thing - you may grill quickly fish or chicken breast. I thought that I will have to wash it every time after grill function. But no! It was clean. On my pics you may that it’s clean. I did it right after I grilled my bead steaks.

Perfect size, easy to use and fast shipping! Who could ask for more? Oh, wait! It GRILLS too! I never knew there was such a thing! We don't "cook" in our microwave, but this one may change that a bit. Love that there was enough space above for a paper towel holder! My only add-on would be nonskid feet.

The Samsung MG11H2020CT Microwave has not disappointed so far even though its only been about 2 months of daily use. The multiple food settings allow us to warm food fairly evenly. Frozen dinners cooked evenly and soup heats up quicker than anticipated. There is a cool feature that browns/crisps but haven't had that opportunity yet. Visually the stainless steel microwave looks great against a light marble back splash. My biggest worry when purchasing this item was the reviews regarding the noise but we found it fairly moderate and insignificant.

I’ve had over 10 microwaves in my lifetime and this one definitely is the best one yet. The ceramic inside makes cleaning a breeze. The food heats well and evenly. The microwave has a built-in air fryer function but I haven’t used it yet and don’t plan on because I have an air fryer. This microwave is simplistic and functional!

Nice microwave. I like the ceramic interior. Wish it had quick a cook feature; select a number for the cooking time of that number in minutes. Overall a nice microwave.

I really like the microwave. Considering I did not think about the placement of one while redoing my kitchen. This one fit perfectly in the cabinet under the island. While using it we just leave the door open to vent. I could’ve taken the doors off but considering the cabinet wasn’t made for the microwave it looks better closed ☺️. I haven’t had any issues at all. It cooks really well. I even made a personal pizza and it turned out crispy I was impressed.

Door doesn’t open when pressing the door open button. Instead, I have to pull the door open with one hand while simultaneously pressing and holding down the button. This is the second microwave of the same brand/model with the same issue. The first time it happened, I assumed it was a fluke. I still had the box and it was within 2 weeks of the original purchase, so I was able to make an exchange. Now, after 2 months and with the box being long gone, the same problem is happening again and neither Best Buy nor Samsung will fix it. The recommendation I received is to take the unit to a microwave repair store and pay for the repair myself. In 2020, I expect a well-functioning microwave door. I also expect better customer service for such a ridiculous problem. I plan to put this in the trash where it belongs and have recently bought another microwave from a different brand on Amazon. I hope my review is worth the $170 that these two companies saved by not making this right.

This microwave is great! Purchased to complete kitchen remodel. I was a little concerned about going from a microwave hood to this because of the size but this microwave is awesome! It is the perfect size for my built in microwave shelf and the features and performance are spot on! Very pleased with this purchase!!

I bought this to replace a much older one that finally stopped working. This microwave is a big step up with a lot of features that I never had before as well as more power and it's a little bigger. The extra space is nice but it's not so big that it takes up the whole counter. I read some reviews were people thought it was confusing to use but I don't understand what's confusing about it. There's three buttons on the keypad where you select the type of heating that you want. You can choose the microwave, grill or both. If you read the book that comes with it they suggest which settings will work best for most heating situations. There's a rack included that you can use to hold food up close to the grilling element but it also works great for heating things that you don't want to get soggy on the bottom, like rolls and bread. As long as this continues to work properly for a long time I'll be very happy with it. So far it's been at least a month and I love it

We like the microwave for its size and the ceramic interior. It has a nice look to the outside as well. Only after 4 years an indicator light has burned out on the clock/time display. Seems like those last for decades on electronics. Love the microwave but now confused on what time it is and how long something has been cooking. A bit disappointing

This microwave works great for us. Cooks up quick. Easy to use for what we do. Fits well inside our island

Warmed up food well, but it was very loud. I would recommend it because it does do what a microbe is supposed to but the plate that rotates and is glass is loud.

Microwave is simple And easy to use....does what it’s supposed to do no frills fits perfectly and looks great on the counter top.

This works so much better than prior one it replaces. I like the style, fits in better with the other stainless steel appliances. Cooks more evenly because of its 3 sources of microwave. The browning feature is a nice extra surprise. Can't find anything wrong with it. Good price at Best Buy too.

We like the microwave oven a lot. Looks great. Fits the spot we built to spec in our remodel. Cooks great. One problem… the door button can fail. We had to have the microwave replaced twice.

Was looking for a microwave that wasn’t too big to have above the counter. Found this one and was perfect!

I am super happy with this purchase. It works great, looks nice and is so much better in use my old microwave. As a plus, it now matches with my fridge and stove too.
