    This item came with a dent in the upper area of the door. Its not very big, but its noticeable. Also, the 2 deluvery men just dropped it basically about 4" from my floor. Then said need signature here and they split. No personality nor friendly. Not happy, but we needed the microwave asap as my son doesn't like to cook on a gas stove and we were going to be gone a few days. Im disappointed about receiving a damaged item but it is a nice microwave. The guest service said since I ordered online, the repair wasnt covered by the store and to contact the manufacturer. Ugh!

    We got this microwave because our last Samsung quite working. We liked the styling of this unit. Things we don't like about it. You can't use the timer and the microwave at the same time. That seems really stupid. It doesn't cook popcorn as fast as the last one even though it has the same power rating. The door doesn't close all the way at the top near the keypad and I cannot find any obstruction. The fan does not work very well. Like one side pulls more than the other.

    It is a great product, I gave it 4 stars because the door dented very easily during installation. I only have one arm and when I used my stump to make sure it was seated on the mounting bracket, I made two very noticeable dents.

    Works good. The door though is a little loose. The item is not fingerprint proof as they state!

    Overall very good. Only issue we have had is that when you close the door left handed you will hi the fan button easily.

    LOOSE DOOR

    Unfortunately the door does not close completely as the top part is loose when it is closed. The Manual says to NOT use the Microwave if the door is not secured so I am afraid to try the Microwave function. I can say that the Convection Oven seems to work OK. I have a second Unit on the way and hopefully the Door is OK on the new one.

    Great until Samsung Repair Required

    Great Microwave and Excellent Convection Cooking. Our only disappointment is when the key-lock for the door broke (flimsy plastic on something that opens/closes multiple times and daily) Samsung repair service is not good.

    Piece of junk. Purchase the microwave in July 2021 and just in 3 years latter it’s door does close. Do not recommend this product.
