I did a lot of research before buying a soundbar and looked into the vizio soundbars before choosing Samsung and I absolutely love this Samsung soundbar. One of the main reasons I passed on the vizio bars is because a lot of people commented on how the volume levels were inconsistent on several different models they offer. Many said for example vol 3 would be too low and then vol 4 would be too loud, and that there was nothing in between. So I decided to pass on vizio and started looking into Samsung. I'm so glad I did! This Samsung Soundbar comes with a built in sub-woofer and has separate volume controls on the remote for both the sub-woofer and regular sound! This soundbar definitely brings my TV/movie and gaming to another level. The price is great too and less than other models that offer sub-woofers. I am so happy with my Samsung Soundbar and believe you will be too!

I just want to start off saying how good this sound bar sounds like I think it sounds better than the theater is almost I was about to buy a soundbar a real expensive when they cost a lot higher than this one but I chose this one and I'm glad I did because its got built-in subwoofers sound really really good thank you!!!!!!!!

Having just gotten a new 4k smart TV, with a great picture but only decent sound, I needed something with more "umph" on the middle and low end. Thus I went for this soundbar, which was cheaper but not the cheapest, so I went for a lower, middle-priced option. When I plugged it in and tried my first movie and video game with it, I was blown away. The subwoofers in this soundbar have a very controllable bass frequency, whereupon I have the bottom end turned up just enough; where it is obvious but not too rumbley. Moreover, the voice is out front and very distinctive. Its easy to hook up, with an easy-to-use remote, and it looks great with my setup. I highly recommend this, especially for the price.

My Samsung 2.2 channel soundbar HW -J250-ZA, provides clear crisp sound and with the built in sub-woofers it creates depth to whaterver I am listening to. Movies sound like I'm in the theatre itself. It creates a very nice atmosphere when watching tv shows and especially makes me feel like I'm in the theatre when watching BLU-RAY dvd's on,my Samsung Blu-Ray DVD DOLBY player or streaming music or media from my Samsung Galaxy S 6 Edge. All in all I dont mind staying home and enjoying all my Samsung accessories. I can also stream shows and video from my Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablet. All,sound awesome.

Oka the reason I choose this sound bar was compatiblity, price, and size. It's functions well with the 32" LCD it is paired with. I wish the tv had Samsung sound connect unfortunately it does not so I made the connection via a fiber optical line. It was a little bit of a challenge to make the connection, though once I did it worked great. Note: This is paired with existing speakers and if this was not the case I would have purchased a complete home theater system. I am very happy about the purchase.

Works good with my Sony TV and has plenty of volume. Voices are clearer and easier to hear with the sound bar and that was the main reason I purchased it. The only down side is you can not see where it is set unless you walk over to it and look down from the top and check out the color of the led lights on top of the sound bar. But over all it is a solid four plus

Have played around with it enough yet, but so far this sound bar is noticeably better than the sound from my TV alone. I have Samsung tv, so I appreciate the ease of connection.

Did the trick for improving sound quality but not able to raise/lower volume with our dvr universal remote. So now we're back to keeping track of two remotes.

I bought this product for my son's playroom and connected to the TV. It works great and very great sound. It's very easy to use and has all features to connect through optical cable/Bluetooth/Auxiliary cable. Thanks Samsung and off course best buy for making it available.

Samsung is the best right now for all electronics. Great sound bar for a quiet, small apartment.

Bought this for my grandson man cave. Great sound and very easy to hook up to his 55 inch tv. Works on brands of TV's besides Samsung.

PRETTY GOOD SOUNDBAR. IT DOES IT'S JOB WELL. FOR THE PRICE IT'S WORTH IT.

Although for a small set-up this sound bar does put out some fairly good sound. However, if you choose the fiber optic method of connection, it is a bit tricky to keep the audio in sync with the video. If you shut down the sound bar, & power it back up it will sync on it's own.

OKAY item. Wish it had more frills to it, especially as it relates to display on the item. I wish the item told me what level volume or subwoofer the soundbar is at. Also would be great to name the different sound effects on the unit as it relates to changing it on the remote.

I bought this to accompany my Samsung TV. It works wonderfully. I have this in my Master bedroom and I can hear the TV much clearer.

I love this soundbar, I got a great price. I occasionally have issues with it turning off on it's own, but not very often, so I don't care.
