We've had our new Samsung frig for a few weeks now and I have no complaints at all--it's perfect! My favorite part is that it's counter depth and doesn't stick out. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is true to it's word and it runs incredibly quietly. I was concerned that going from over 25 cu. ft. to 22.6 cu. ft. I would miss the space, but I don't. There's plenty of room in both the frig and freezer sections; though the area near the dispenser panel inside the door is wonky. Aside from those airline mini booze bottles, not sure what else would fit? I'm the third one in my family to buy a Samsung and no one has anything negative to say. I highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone who is looking for a counter-depth model.

We love our new fridge. Like the fact some of the shelves flip up to give room when you have taller items or go back down if you don’t. Also love the door alarm if you don’t get the door shut. Only thing I wasn’t real thrilled about was you have to download the Samsung app to make a temperature adjustment.

Very spacious refrigerator and freezer. Love the water and ice dispenser. Beautiful color with no fingerprint markings.

The item was just as expected no problems at all . The delivery however was horrible. We bought a refrigerator, which we could of bought for same price anywhere else. We chose best buy because of past experiences with delivery and setup, this time they delivered refrigerator never removed packing materials, never demonstrated operations, never hooked up ice maker which we payed for. We payed for relocation of existing fridge and they moved it out to front sidewalk, when brought to there attention they said we would have to pay another relocation fee ( 25.00). Even though corporate best buy gave us a 25.00 gift card as a refund for the relocation fee the store never refunded money for relocation. We did however receive a refund for ice machine hook up. I am fortunate because I am capable of hooking up ice maker and moving old fridge, but others may not be. This was a disaster . Love it! Great pricing, came in as given by Applliance Mgr., in Gainesville store, though 3rd party Delivery rescheduled four times...was installed to satisfaction as expected!

Fridge works fairly well. The ice-maker unit is DEFECTIVE! I had to have it replaced in less than two years, and less than six months after the "new" ice-maker was installed under warranty, it stopped working AGAIN!

Cannot say enough good things about our new counter-depth refrigerator. Both the fridge and the freezer compartments are roomy, much roomier than we expected! Also it is beautiful looking inside and outside. The stainless steel is of a higher quality than our other stainless steel appliances. We could not be more pleased and highly recommend this Samsung counter-top refrigerator.

I purchased this Black Friday 2020 and I love it!! I knew I was willing to sacrifice cubic inches going with a counter depth refrigerator but it is worth it. Looks sharp and it performs great. I love all the shelf options to include the sliding glass shelf that allows you to store taller containers. The only “con” I can think of is the ice maker has options for cube and crush. When I select cube it still tends to send out some crushed pieces. This is not a big deal for me as i really don’t mind.

It's a very nice looking fridge. We only have had it less than 24 hours but I'm already going to send it back. First, leveling it was a nightmare. There are two black wheels under each corner that are made out of soft plastic. The instructions tell you to "insert" a screw driver to turn the wheels, but don't tell you how to actually turn the wheels with the screwdriver. Apparently what they mean is to use the screwdriver to push on the ridges of the wheels to rotate them. They also don't tell you which way to turn them to make it go up or down. Using a metal screwdriver on soft plastic obviously damages the plastic. It's under the fridge so barely visible, but still annoying that you are scratching the crap out of a part of your brand new fridge. The fridge is also loud and makes an annoying ringing sound that seems to penetrate walls. I could clearly hear it from all the way in my living room, which is through two walls. My old fridge never made a peep. The water dispenser seems to drip randomly. This wouldn't be that big of a deal except the tray under it is very shallow so any water all just ends up dripping down the front of the refridgerator. Most importantly and the reason I have finally decided to return it is that the lever that is pressed to get ice/water is already scratched to hell. We've literally only had this thing for less than 24 hours, we've only used regular glasses and cups and probably only used it a handful of time and it already looks like crap. I can only imagine how bad it will look in a year. I am in disbelief that a part that is designed to be contacted by glasses and cups can be scratched so easily by glasses and cups. See picture. The counter depth was a great choice for our space in a doublewide home with an island in the kitchen.

I love the flexibility of the shelves for tall items. One where the front slides back, and the second the flip up shelf next to the ice maker. The large full width drawer is nice to have too

We are happy with the look of our Samsung. During the Pandemic we have filled it more than usual. We had some freezing in the fridge. The water, although filtered, has a slight after taste we don’t get with our usual filter. Best Buy was very difficult to deal with since we purchased in November but wanted it delivered in March. I do not recommend ordering products from them unless they are in stock and they are needed immediately. Otherwise, a good deal.

I LOVE MY REFRIDGERATOR. I WAS WORRIED THAT MY MAGNETS WERE NOT GONNA STICK BUT THEY DO. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN BUYING MAGNETS FROM ALL THE CITIES, STATES AND COUNTRIES THAT WE HAVE VISITED OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS JUST TO PUT THEM ON OUR BRAND NEW DREAM 3 DOOR FRIDGE. IM SO HAPPY AND CONTENT. I HAVE A BIG SMILE ON MY FACE EVERYTIME I GO IN THE KITCHEN.

Great frig so far but only 3 weeks old. Keeps foods perfectly cold, no cold spots or freezer working some days and not on others. Owners manual could be a lot better, no index for quick reference. Best Buy came at slotted tme and did excellent job in installation. Plenty of room over our last one!

Refrigerator looks great and works well. It is a little smaller than we wanted but we had to fit it in to a smaller space.

We love our Samsung 22.6 cu. Ft. Counter depth refrigerator!! We have always had the standard depth until now and it fits perfectly. We are excited about all of the features!

The fridge is functioning. It was supposed to be open box, not used. When we got it home we realized the inside was not clean, it had food residue in the drawers and on the shelves. Some dents and scratches but nothing that affected the functionality of the fridge. The drawers on the left side under the ice maker are small and oddly shaped and not able to be used for much.

Work good . have the enough space for us, the doors are magnetic it’s grate

I love it. It’s huge & we have options in organizing one of the shelves.

Looks great in our lake home. So far working well.
