Before buying the fridge I watched countless YouTube reviews. I will say that this fridge is definitely worth the money. I thought the counter depth option would make me feel like there was less space in the fridge but it actually has the opposite effect. I will say that the flex area of the fridge which is the bottom right door I actually use as a refrigerator instead of a freezer. So three of the four sections I use as a refrigerator and I absolutely love it. We have a separate mini freezer for our additional freezer items that we keep in the garage. The options to adjust the shelves are just enough for how we keep our fridge organized. The door shelves have so much storage space and I love the little shelf on the left side of the fridge that is directly behind the beverage center because we use it for extra sauces. We are a Chick-fil-A family and love our sauce. Entire milk cartons fit in the beverage center door storage area which is great because we keep our milk and creamer there and use those most often. The placement of the lighting is even something worth noting. There are lights on the sides of the fridge as well as the top and the back which makes for all around a very visible experience. The freezer portion is also more spacious than I originally anticipated. We actually only use the cubed ice option and put our freezable ice packs in the crushed ice bin. The only negative thing I would like to say about this fridge is the drawer that the ice trays are in. It seems all of the other drawers have a nice smooth slide except for this one. When sliding the drawer out to scoop the cubed ice there is a little resistance but not enough to be annoying. The ice comes with one scoop and easily fits in either I spend and doesn't obstruct the ice flow or the ability to close the door. We don't get ice very often so having it in the freezer door does not bother me. And I think even if we did use ice often and used both crushed and cubed ice I still wouldn't have a problem with where it is located. I had a Samsung refrigerator previous to this one and the ice and water dispenser were on the outside. The ice always ended up getting on the floor no matter how large of a cup I put in front of it. So when I bought this fridge I was excited about not having ice spilling everywhere anymore. And the ice maker as well as the water dispenser are so quiet I didn't even realize the entire ice bin filled up shortly after we installed the refrigerator. I absolutely love the water pitcher in the beverage center. I use it over the water dispenser every time. I have a 40 oz hydro flask and filling it up in any water dispenser takes about 15 years. But this way is so much faster. The water pitcher is 42 oz so there's even a little bit of extra water left after I fill my hydro flask completely to the top. And within 10 seconds of putting the water pitcher back and closing the door the refill process begins and is so instant. When you open the door the water dispensing does stop but I've never had an issue with the water pitcher not being filled up. It is literally my favorite feature on this fridge. Okay, besides the optional fridge / freezer door on the bottom right. Setting the temperature settings is so easy. There is a little control panel right when you open up the door and the instructions are very straightforward. You can actually set the bottom right door to be colder if you're storing meats for a few days or a little bit warmer if you just want to chill some beverages. The produce feature is what I use it for now and I actually keep most of my produce down there as well as drinks and other dairy items like yogurt and butter. The filter is also in a nice convenient location however, I had three extra Samsung water filters from my previous fridge that do not fit into this one because this filter for some strange reason is square while the other filters are round. It is what it is I guess. I sold the filters with my old fridge and the buyer was happy. These filters are rather expensive and I will be buying in bulk to save myself money in the long run.

I love this fridge, it’s spacious but doesn’t take up too much space in my small kitchen. I love how quiet it’s is and how fast it makes ice. Love the auto fill pitcher option that allows me to always have cold drinking water available. This fridge is so beautiful, I absolutely love the way it looks in my kitchen.

So far so good! Samsung usually gets destroyed in refrigerator reviews after a year or two of ownership. I'm only a month in and so far love the features of this fridge. The four door style was a major selling factor for me. I don't like the draw freezers at all. The beverage center was a bonus. It's beautiful and bright inside with plenty of space. Nothing is level in my house so it was a tight squeeze, I wish the feet would have had an extra inch or two to them instead of just unscrewing to help level her out. She's a monster in comparison to what I had before. I hope she lasts as long!

I absolutely love my fridge!!! It has a beverage center, and flex area that can be used as fridge/ freezer/ cooler. The black stainless steel is a nice touch to the decor. I’m glad I chose the counter width, it fit perfectly without sticking out and blocking the entry to the kitchen. Best investment this year! I hope it will last forever)) Let’s be honest, nothing is perfect, the doors can be easily ding’ed, so just be careful and don’t throw hard objects at it!

The color and finish is high quality. It is delivered with thin screen protector film. Which if you wanted, could totally leave on since I couldn't tell it was there. Bins are super spacious and smooth when pulling. Ice makers work well and fast for us currently. It's too loud either. Water pitcher fills when the fridge is closed, I tried my hardest to listen out for it but it is very QUIET. We really wanted this unique layout for the freezer but was also surprised that the "flex crisper" (bottom right drawer in the top right fridge door) is also able to be a freezer as needed. The entire fridge cools super fast but the freezer needs to be dropped -1, -2 depending on how packed your freezer is. Our previous fridge was a 2010 samsung (still working) deeper depth, same width/height but a side by side and I feel this layout is way more spacious esp with the ice maker being structured differently. Currently very happy with no complaints!

I really love this fridge. We had the old 4-door flex version and like everyone else has loads of issues with the ice maker. Also the ice maker took up too much fridge space. This one has loads of fridge space and ample freezer space despite the ice maker occupancy. The shelves are solid and adjustable. The door shelves are awesome. And the beverage center is really convenient though it took a little getting used to. And it looks great. I’ve already had friends want one for themselves when they are ready for a new fridge.

I am very impressed with this refrigerator. The quality seems good so far, but what really shines is its versatility. The ability to change the freezer section based on your current or future needs is a real winner. Additionally, not having to worry about the ice maker is worth the money alone! Lastly, the beverage center has been a game changer. When working out I can fill multiple bottles quickly and with cold water. So awesome

I love this fridge the design and color(black stainless steel) is beautiful. The design inside is spacious and the features are amazing! Love the beverage center. And the built in water filter pitcher! This is a great buy highly recommended!

Beautiful fridge! Nice, clean look with no water/ice on the outside of door. The family loves the beverage center with the ability to add fruit to the water pitcher. And it auto-fills! The choice of two different types of ice means everyone is happy.

Our family is in love with this fridge. The Beverage center and two sizes of ice are a huge hit. The fridge space is another benefit, replacing the same size side by side but providing improved layout to see all items. We use the flex space as extended fridge where we keep all the condiments and meat so we don’t have to look at it when using the main space.

The first one had 3 dents in door. Ordered a replacement and to our dismay it was dented also. It would have been so nice to receive such a high price fridge without a dent(s) in the door. And sadly, it is impossible to exchange as Best Buy doesn’t have it in stock. It is a nice fridge but there seem to be some quality or quality assurance issues with manufacturing. For this price you want better quality. BB has a 14 day return policy so it is best to examine top to bottom and refuse. I was told to accept the item and call for a replacement within the allotted time. That is useless if the item is not in stock and can’t be ordered!!! Very disappointed and as a last resort because we couldn’t replace accepted a credit. My preference would be to have a new refrigerator WITHOUT a dent that we didn’t cause. VERY DISAPPOINTED. In the time we purchased other fridge no quality issue like this.

This is just the fridge for us. We love the drink station and its not on the outside of the door! I love the clean look. There is plenty of room for everything. I thought two sizes of ice was strange but we use them both! The flex zone is also nice and i have used it as both a freezer and a refrigerator depending on needs.

This four door refrigerator is both capacious and beautiful. Ours is counter depth but is much roomier than our previous refrigerator.

What a beautiful refrigerator. Love the built-in look with no handle. Very Sleek modern stylist and minimalistic. What a great design. Ice maker works great you get two kinds of ice. I have one problem with the door where I can't get them to lineup. One is higher than the other. Other than that very beautiful. I will address this with Samsung hopefully and they will get it corrected for me.

We own a first generation of the family hub fridge and purchased this unit for a new home. So far we`re thrilled with the new screen interface and the door to the drink dispenser is awesome. You can get chilled water quickly or access gallon sized containers without having to open the main fridge. This does save energy, but most importantly it keeps the rest of the food cold without drastic temperature swings in the main compartment. The ice dispenser is less functional than the first generation model. We still haven't figured out how the scoop fits in while still being able to close the door. Flex zone area again is excellent for families who need the function. We typically shift from meat to veggie to frozen on a regular basis depending on storage needs. Counter depth still has a ton of space inside for a family of 5. Hub integrates well with Smarthings and will alert you when the kids leave a door not quite shut. The extra cash for the hub feature is worth it for our busy family. It was a much better implementation on this model than the first generation. Bixby and Alexa are integrated along with Amazon dash buttons for quick reordering.

Love the beverage center and the two types of ice.

I am very happy with the purchase of the Samsung four door fridge. It fits my kitchen perfectly well with a very sleek appearance. The side where the water dispenser is, is definitely one of the features we enjoy the most.

Great quality fridge so far. Love the bev center and flex zone! Four door style is different at first but you grow to love. Fingerprints show a little easily on the finish though.

We love our new refrigerator! First off all, Best Buy was great because while we were awaiting the delivery of our fridge, they went in an even better sale and one quick message on their website and they refunded back to me the $400 difference!!! Wow! Then, the delivery guys were just great! They were friendly, informative and didn't leave until they ensured everything was in working order, balanced and to my liking! Overall, i give both thumbs up to the appliance, the company and the delivery company! Great experience!
