This dishwasher has been great. Samsung products in general I’ve learnt are fantastic and have made amazing appliances. The dishwasher is super quiet and has tons of space. The walls seem smaller and not as thick as some of the other dishwashers which allows loads of deep space. The water fans inside (whatever they’re called) don’t sit ridiculously low which allows taller items inside, it’s great! I can even fit my bigger pots on the top shelf if needed. The dishes come out sparkling clean and the filter is easy to access as well. I don’t think I’d ever get another brand of dish washer after this! Because of all the space they give on the drawers it also makes it great after large parties. Less hand washing dishes for me!!! It also has been amazing on water and electricity. I was astonished with my bills after using this dish washer constantly. We run it about every other day.

Decent dishwasher stainless steel door inside and out. Downgraded from a full stainless steel due to it breaking. This one is louder but I don't mind. Let's me know it's on. Starts soon as you shut the door so that's a plus. Cleaning is pretty good but less options to choose then more expensive models.

I’m really enjoying my Best Buy stainless steel new dishwasher. Surpasses all my expectations. The dishwasher looks very sleek and modern and the dishwasher has a low operating sound. The dishes come out sparkling clean. I would definitely recommend this model. Looks nice in my kitchen with my other Best Buy appliances.

It actually does an ok job cleaning. I pre-wash everything, but let the dishwasher sanitize and get off the easier messes. Dishes come out seemingly clean. My complaint is that the rack design is awful. I had an older GE dishwasher before that seemed to fit anything: casserole dishes, pots, plastic containers, dishes, you name it. Everything would fit and you could pack it pretty full. The design of the racks on this dishwasher don’t allow anything to fit well except Corelle dishes. And even those don’t fit nicely! I have to space them apart otherwise they won’t get clean. The tines of the racks seem to have been designed at odd angles and too closely spaced. This makes it so nothing other than skinny, flat dishes can fit between them. Terrible, terrible design. The machine itself works fine. Things come dry (besides plasticware, but that’s the way they all are these days) and things get clean. But I would NEVER consider buying this again, even for the price. If you unfortunately bought this washer already, consider removing the wine glass supports (my glasses don’t even fit under them, another poor design) and bending ALL the tines on the racks to be at angles that actually allow dishes to fit. This helped a little. Bottom line: you can’t fit anything in it! My loads end up being about 10-15 actual dishes, lids, or pots. At that rate, I might as well hand wash everything. It would be quicker than trying to make it fit in this poorly designed washer.

Cleans dishes without the noise. Awesome!! Spacious enough for all your family needs.

Love this machine. I previously owned a Bosch and was shper upset when I couldnt get another due to shipping problems. I did a lot of research read a lot of reviews and decided on the Samsung. It has performed wonderfully 0 issues.

We love this dishwasher! We just wish it was fingerprint resistant like our other appliances, but so far it has been pretty easy to clean. Works great!

It is so quiet! Washes better then any dishwasher I have ever owned!. My only complaint is the silverware holder doesnt attach to the door to allow for my tray room. Otherwise love it!

It is Jan 19th 2024. Bought this Samsung dishwasher April 2023, the thermistor and the main board shows its fail. I had bought the total tech membership also with it so they installed it and removed it per the membership. So when it was not working i called their tech support and told them what was going on and they asked for the serial number which is on the inside of the door. I told them it is not there and that you can see the sticker residue where it should have been. They said no big deal on the phone and 5 days later the tech came out and said he could not order the parts because he needs the serial number. (He told my wife its like ordering car parts from the dealership where they need the VIN) (I laughed because i found the parts online that it needed prior without the serial number just the model and I i sell car parts for a living) Anyways the geek squad tech leaves I contact help support they tell me as nicely as possible that there is nothing they can do and Samsung will be able to take care of you. I understand why you need the serial number to confirm that it is the same dishwasher that was sold, but best buy installed it, i have the receipt, and I pay $170 a year to make sure my appliances that I have bought are installed by best buy and correctly so of something like this happens I have the peace of mind that im going to be taken care of. At this point l, Samsung sent their tech out on 1/12 and said the parts will be in 10-14 days and i am not even sure if this guy who samsung subcontracts os going to charge me or not. I just know it needs fixed and I've spend 6 hours on the phone dealing with this from Best Buy and Samsung. This shouldn't be this hard......

I was skeptic of buying this Diswasher I’d been my home for a long time & use dishwasher almost as much as the washer ... I coulda installed the same thing as the last one but it would be the same as the one I put in when I bought the home So glad this thing works wonderfully &. Pretty. Inside and out !

This dishwasher is super quiet and it looks beautiful. This my 1st Samsung dishwasher, i would normally by Kenmore. install and removal was quick. The two gentleman were very friendly and professional. They followed al COVID19 protocols.

We went 3 months without a dishwasher after our last one died and this was a great purchase! The price point was excellent and so far no issues! Delivery and installation was prompt. Will be ordering a few more appliance from Best Buy in the near future!

I really like the look of our dishwasher and it does clean the dishes very well. It does not dry the tops of the glasses, and the door is usually wet and I have to dry it. It is not really loud at all.

Very sleek design that accents the Samsung Fridge lineup. Easy to install and use. Seems to run for a while though.

It’s okay but having a problem with it draining and dishes sometimes smell. Also getting used the the angles for holding dishes and cups. Which the separators were straight up. Dries dishes pretty good. Plastic has slight residual but mostly dry

Surprisingly quiet & dishes are always spotless. Overall a great unit for a great price

My husband and I like how quiet the dishwasher is. My husband likes the ease in which it is to clean the arms and the machine.

Works as it should. Pretty simple to use and set up.

Dishwasher works great at awesome power to the jets. A little more noisy then I expected but hey it’s new it’s sleek and gets my dishes clean. My gf sure doesn’t mind the noise at all everytime it’s running it’s like a church choir to her ears if you know where I going with that.
