This was my first brand new washer (and the accompany dryer as a set) I purchased back in May 2023. I did my research, read reviews, and ended up buying the washer (and dryer) on sale for what I felt was an amazing deal! I was looking for something that fit within my budget, was easy to use, and would allow me to wash my clothes. They were delivered exactly on time. I didn't realize how much could fit within the drum! It's just me at home, so it's quite big. However, I love that I can wash blankets, comforters, and pillows easily! I have dogs, and can wash all of their items in one load. There are a variety of settings to fit your needs, but one that I would have liked to see if an efficiency or quick wash type of setting, as the minimum time to wash is about 38 or 40 minutes I believe. My old washer from the had a 30 min. automatic sensor wash cycle that was economical, as it tailored the water to the load, and was great for smaller loads. Still, I've had no problem washing my clothes, both detergent and the pods work well, and my clothes come out clean. I think this is great for families, as the drum is big in my opinion. When the cycle ends, it plays music, which I love because I know it's done. One thing to be mindful off is when washing towels, blankets, pillows, etc.: make sure to balance the stuff inside the drum. I had issues with a few blankets that got stuck to the side and I had to run the cycle a few times because it just stopped. It happened twice but never again afterwards.

I have no complaints. The black washer i purchased looks sexy and works great. I paid for the best buy delivery and they installed it for free. It plays a cute song when it's done. All my clothes have come out insanely clean. It's also super quiet during its cycle and it remembers my wash preference.

I love this washer and dryer set! The deep, wide washer allows for larger loads of clothing to be washed evenly and thoroughly. With the agitator, I’m able to wash a lot of my towels and linens together with no loud noises or interruptions. The agitator really gets the job done with no wear or tear to your clothes/linens. The W&D are both easy to use. The dryer is so quiet. I love the different settings. It has four different water temperature settings, four water levels and smartcare/eco settings. The nice tune it plays when your clothes are done washing and/or drying is so pleasant. I love this set!

The Samsung washer does a excellent job on my cloths. This one is a keeper. I have no complaints. After cloths are finished. You will hear a nice melody. Cloths came out clean. Lots of room to wash a king size comforter. I want to add. The washer use half the time to clean and clean very good. The down side to me. The buttons seem kind of cheap. The washer is not loud. It’s good and worth keeping

I got this set because I love the black color and the amount space there is for the laundry so they were on promotion for a good price . I have seen some reviews that made me skeptical after I had already bought my washer and dryer set due to the slow agitation of the washer. It doesn’t agitate fast like other washers I have had but so far I haven’t had an issue with my clothes not coming out clean or not smelling fresh after washing. The only thing is some of the wash cycles run long so I usually put on quick wash unless the clothes are super dirty.They work great so far. I’ll update if there are any changes

First new washer I’ve had and it’s awesome. No issues yet and the drop off team was friendly and quick. So far no issues and had for about 2 weeks. At first was a little confusing how to use because of all the buttons but now got it figured out. Definitely would recommend to others.

I have only owned my Samsung washer for several weeks now, but I am happy with my appliance thus far. I had issues with my previous Samsung of the same model and was thankful I purchased the extended warranty because after under 2.5 years the struts needed to be replaced, which was causing my loads to get off-kilter two and three times during each cycle. Because the parts and labor exceeded the cost of a new machine, I was told that Best Buy would honor a new replacement washing machine. Little did I realize that the replacement would not exact my be “free,” since I had to pay for the price difference, taxes, installation and warranty all over again, despite the faulty machine. I was told in the store that my 5 year warranty should be prorated, but this was NOT the case!

We love this machine! Originally had some top of the line Whirlpool Steam HD washer/dryer. Agitators are the way to go if you want very clean and smelling clothes. Now I know about washing machines and will always get the agitator type.

My Samsung Washer is beautiful, deep, and cleans very well. I can close the wash room door and not hear it. The cycles are perfect for the amount of soil on the clothes (children and active adults).

Best purchased decision. It’s quite, efficient and affordable. It’s been over two (2) years since purchased, with no issues.

I've had this washer for only 2 weeks now but it's fantastic! Easy to use and gets the job done . I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good but affordable washer.

Love this washer still figuring out how to work it best to my convenience. Loads can be a little lengthy at times but overall I love this product good job Samsung. Nice black finish. Had child safety lock on it . Just need to set it up. Nice space for big loads and bedding. They have a really cool option called active water jet that allows you to basically hand wash or pre scrub items before it actually washes and the water comes out of a little separate reservoir. I like the agitator style I’m use to the big one but it’s the perfect size to still get a big load in. But still washes aggressively . Nice big see through glass to see the load. Self clean option that’s awesome. Nice easy close feature so the top loader door never slams very satisfied. The platinum color was sold out so I opted out for the brushed black and I love it.

So far this Samsung washing machine has been working great! I have had it for 10 days. I love how quiet it is. The song it plays at the end of the cycle alerting you it’s finished is a nice touch. I also have the matching dryer.

The Washer so far has been great. Hooked it up myself after Best Buy delivered and took away our old one. Has about the same features as our old one with a couple extra like the water jet feature to spray off dirt or wash out some heavier stains. Unfortunately, the washer showed up with a small dent in front but Best Buy was more than generous and gave us a 100 off due to the damage. We kept it because really its small and it does not change the function of the washer.

Ever since buying an impeller washer about 5 years ago and regretting it pretty much a month in, I longed for an agitator. It’s so easy so use, let’s me add more water, has load size, spin rinse and spin etc options and I could t. E happier. I really hope I feel like this for the months and years to come. I missed an agitator so much lol and I am so happy with this purchase! It’s a great size too since my last one was 5.2 and happy it still does a big load of laundry and towels.

A decent washing machine for which I rated 4 stars more because of the price, however, performance can be a bit better. The machine often requests to be cleaned and it has to be done 1-2 times per month (laundry is done 2-3 times a week). The machine is aesthetically pleasing as are almost all Samsung products but there is definitely room for Improvement.

Loved it at first, then signs of problems at 2 months, now just sits with a burning/smoke smell at less than 3 months. Unplugged it and contacting Samsung.
