The Samsung 5.0 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Stackable Smart Front Load Washer has exceeded all my expectations. The brushed black finish gives it a modern, premium look that fits perfectly in my laundry room. With the 5.0 cu. ft. capacity, it handles large loads with ease, saving me time and effort. The Super Speed Wash feature is a lifesaver—washing a full load in just 30 minutes without compromising cleanliness. The steam cleaning option is fantastic for tackling tough stains and sanitizing clothes. The smart features make it incredibly convenient. Being able to start, monitor, and receive notifications about my laundry through the app has made my laundry routine so much easier. It’s also super quiet, which is a huge bonus.

Only had this a month, but so far so great. Love the size, color, design, and cleaning options. And I finally have a matching washer/dryer. Hurray! Thanks.

The quick wash is very quick (19 min.) yet seems to get clothing with normal daily soiling clean. The steam settings take longer, but are worth the time if someone in the house is ill or we have been out where poison ivy may be a concern. It is a quiet machine and the function choices are intuitive. The buttons are not true push-type buttons of the 1990s, but touch sensitive so a very light hover will activate them. The door handle groove being at the top takes a little getting used to, after 20 years of it being on the horizontal on our previous machine but that's a minor inconvenience we'll adjust to.

We bought this washer and dryer set together and had them delivered and installed. The process was easy and the two installation techs obviously knew what they were doing, though they were a third party crew in an unmarked truck. The washer and dryer themselves are both beautiful and a pleasure to use. We love all the settings, how the door opens and closes, the way the dial feels in your hand, the quiet performance, and analysis of power usage. However, there are some annoyances that might just be us: 1st is the overall size - it barely fit into the laundry room in our new loft! The washer is also extremely heavy, and I am not ashamed to say I will be paying for movers next time we move, even if solely for moving this beast. 2nd is the chime - it plays a whole song that is annoying as all get out. What I did was register this with SmartThings, associate that with my Google Home, then turn off the chime so that notification if a completed load just comes through my phone.

The Washing machine Works so perfectly. I have a big family and I would have to buy a washing machine that gave me problems almost instantly. I am happy to report that this washing machine worked out of the box (always read the manual! And remove the safety screws it has on the back) everything is easy to understand and fits all my clothes. Most importantly (for me) it washes the clothing quietly

This thing is cool quiet and sexxxy. I read a lot of reviews of dif washers. There are 3 things to do before you use it. 1. Read the inatruction manual. 2. Make sure you take out the 4 shipping bolts holding the cord. You unscrew a little and the long screw is connected to a plastic cork you pull out. 3. Calibrate it. You hold 2 buttons and it runs a calibration. It tells you in the book. My phone isnt compatible with the app. Its a older phone. But i would recomend. I had a 80s maytag.it still works!! But got a great deal and time to upgrade. The only negetive is the moisture. I never owned a front load washer. And some other reviewers cover it. But you should leave the door and drawer cracked open so it dries to prevent a smell. Its what they all say. But this has self clean so not really a big deal if you dont. But makes sense. But i would highly recomend. No complaints

This washing machine is amazing, worth every penny. Samsung has always been a favorite of mine for the quality of products they offer. Couldn’t be happier, works quietly & efficiently wish I would’ve bought it sooner. The capacity on this washer is insane. If your looking to buy a new washer consider this product.

I love this washer, it is perfect for my family of 6 with 4 children that always have stains or spills. I also noticed my water bill decreased with this washer. I was almost everyday and havnt had ANY issues. The only thing I had to get used to was making sure I don’t leave any pieces out. Once you press start it isn’t a good idea to pause it and open it back if the water has started to fill or if the detergent was already poured in its designated area. It is truly a large load capacity as well. I washed some bedding to test the strength of the washer. ( in my family we don’t put bedding in the washer because it tends to get heavy and wet and cause problems) the washer remained quite through the entire cycle AND the blanket came out fluffy and not soaked in water. 10/10 definitely recommend. I’m buying the dryer next. I love this washer. PLUS you can start loads from your phone if you are in a hurry leaving the house, you can toss in the items you need and set the load type from the smart things app. If you are tech savvy and know how to care for your electronics and home appliances this is a great investment. The last thing I’ll mention is the different load options to meet every need when it comes to whites, delicates bedding you name it! I’m satisfied with this item! Go buy it.

These machines are absolutely stunning. Very skeek design and great color combos. They operate whisper quiet and get your items so clean! Love the ability to control them from my phone via the app.

If I had to choose an absolute beast of a washer, it would have to be this. I used to have a old washer that I thought was good until I bought. I kid you not, when I bought this Samsung washer and washed my dirty clothes with this new washer, it gave my clothes a new clean I never seen with my old washer before. It literally turned my panel long sleeve brand new, as if I bought it from the store. The features on it is incredible too, where it can automatically sense how long the clothes actually needs to be washed and adjusts it for you. Also, there’s an app called smart things where you can view everything on the Samsung washer, including if the filter needs to be cleaned and showcase any problems with it. 10/10 washer I would highly recommend.

I love the design of this washer. Easy to use. Only thing is don’t like is that after a cycle there’s water in the detergent dispenser so you have to dump the water out cause it won’t go way if you air it out. But everything else it good :)

The appreciation and gratitude I have to say for these 2 amazing workers can’t even come close to how amazing they have been in helping me bring my washer and dryer to my home. I have been patiently waiting for my two big appliances to arrive and they actually came right on time and helped me out with educating me on my new purchase with more than what I thought I knew. This washer uses significantly less water and energy which is cost-effective. My clothes come out impeccably clean, even with larger loads. The washer operates remarkably quietly, even during high-speed spin cycles. The washer has a self clean cycle option which is a great feature that helps to keep the washer clean and smelling fresh. The washer can also be controlled with the mobile app. It adds a modern, sophisticated touch to my laundry room and perfectly complements the matching dryer.

This amazing product is well worth the price at Best Buy. The price is extremely reasonable and installation was on time and installation staff was very knowledgeable and professional.
