I decided to by a Samsung Washing machine based on its its reviews and my sister's recommendation because she also owned one but a higher level model. My Samsung 5.0 cft. washer is great! It has enough room inside the tub to do a king size comforter! But not to puffy of a one. It is simple to use. Has many different types of settings, which are very easily changed, even in the middle of a load wash. It has no agitator!, which i love about this machine! My old washer had an agitator and i found that it had a tendency to put holes in my shirts! Now, with the Samsung 5.0cft washing machine, there is no agitator eating my shirts! It has many different cycles to choose from. Even a Quick Cycle, which only take about 30-35 minutes, depending on other settings like water temp, how dirty the cloths might be setting, spin rate, rinse cyles, etc. I also like how the liquid detergent is mixed with the water as it fills. It also has a deep water setting. If you want to save on water, it can sense how much clothes are in the washer and adds water accordingly. You don't have to worry about setting water levels. It was also was a nice price and financing was avalible! I opted for delivery. The delivery guys were on-time and very helpful in placing the washer where we wanted it. We did are own installation, simple and quick! You can't go wrong if you choose a Samsung top load 5.0cft washing machine, energy star rated!

This washer is amazing. So quiet and cleans the clothes very well. Even though I got it on a labor day sale, I would still buy it at full price. Loads that were too big in our previous washer are barely even half full in this one. Easy to use and has more options then we need, but still nice to have available. Just amazing.

We have had our washer for a few weeks now and we really like it. I can't get over how much room is in side of it even after loading it up with a large blanket or towels. It does take a lot longer to cycle through a load than our old fashioned agitator one we used to have, but it's quiet and does the job. I hope with all the new fangled electronics associated with it we'll get many years of use out of it before anything goes wrong.

When it came time to replace our 15yr old washer and dryer set we were amazed how things have changed in the product choices. we knew we wanted a HE washer. Decided on a top load to avoid some of the issues front loads have been known to have. We went with the Samsung for several reasons. The washer has thousands of 4 and five star ratings. Our washer has lived up to all those high reviews. The unit has a exceptionally large washing tub. Large loads are not a problem. The slanted top of the washer makes reaching in much easier. We were initially concerned with such a large capacity the unit may be loud trying to wash. We have found the washer to be quite. When the spin cycle starts it is smooth, fast and surprisingly quite. Take note to make sure the washer is level. The large easy to read control panel is fast to set and start a load. Being a HE washer, the Samsung senses the weight of the laundry and fills with the appropriate amount of water. However if you desire you can select Deep Fill option. We have used this feature and it works as it states. We washed a king size comforter with no issues. Overall we are most pleased with our choice. Strongly recommend!

This will be my second Samsung. The last was 8 years old. I do 2-3 loads of clothes a day. I do 7 throw rugs a week. Great Dane beddings, three adult beds and 5 people's clothes. I'm a washer killer! The old machine I never had to have serviced. It was rusting at the bleach dispensary and water flow wouldn't stop unless I smacked the control panel. I decided it was time for a new one. Samsung did some great changes from the old machine. The higher easier reach bottom, soft close lid, water spout, deep water option, fast fill and it's a heavier built machine. We will see if it will survive this household. I also like the touch controls, easier on my osteoarthritis hands. I watched the washer move the clothes around it did a great job. Great improvements from 2015 model. Hoping 2023 will last a long time.

This is the best washing machine I’ve ever owned. Nice, large capacity, quiet and efficient. Very user friendly and I love the locking lid!

Best purchase I could have made. When our washer died I made the best decision ever when I purchased my Samsung 5.0 10 speed washer. It was easy to install, and it's very quiet. It goes without saying that the clothes are cleaned... but I'm really impressed with the quietness of the cycles. Great job Samsung and thanks for the tip to my Best Buy salesperson that recommended it.

So far everything is good. Easy to use. Deep 5.0 tub. Gets clothes clean. Optional settings to choose from.

I like it!! Very cool machine. Large basket coming in at 5.0 Ct.- my previous machine was smaller -glad we can wash comforters/ bedding at home - no longer have to get shipped out for cleaning. It’s not loud. Has many options/ cycles to pick from. Spins the clothes until they are almost dry. how to use videos + reviews of this machine on YouTube we’re super helpful.

Purchased the white washer for our new home so that everything matches. Was surprised how quiet this machine runs. Really easy to use, just turn the knob to whatever your washing and it does the rest! Got it on sale for the 4th, and I’m glad I did.

I was very skeptical about buying this washer since I have heard mixed opinions about Samsung washers. After looking at the good reviews, I brought it because it’s very easy to use and it is a high efficient washer! It’s not loud like the old washer I had. I do not regret my purchase.

I’ve had this machine for a year and it is great! Stays balanced even with large loads and cleans my clothes really well! I definitely recommend for a small family

To use the water jet feature (to wash out a stain perhaps, or rinse out your liquid detergent measuring cup), press the ON button, then inside the washer, press the blue button on the right ... and the water comes out the spigot on the left. So cool!!! This 5 cu ft washing machine (I can do two loads of clothes for the price of one) has a beautiful stainless still tub. The top lid is see-through, so I can peek at my clothes while washing without opening lid. To pour in the laundry detergent and Downey, pull open the blue door inside washer top back. I once used Tide pods, but discovered that there is a little plastic residue from each pod and thru the years can clog up your washer or dishwasher. So many choices of soil levels, spin speed and how many rinses. Love this Samsung machine! Best Buy allowed me to order my appliances a month in advance (in stock) while still living in another state, but had it delivered to us EXACTLY the day we took possession of our new house in Florida. Also by opening a Best Buy VISA, we get all kinds of perks. Highly recommend this washer and Best Buy.

When this washer was delivered, my first impression was that it was bigger than I thought. So size is something to keep in mind, this item is not compact. The upside is that it can handle a very large load and bulky items like king sized fluffy comforters. I always like Samsung design, sounds and features. It is very easy to use and pleasant. Hopefully it lasts as long as the less high-tech brands that offer fewer bells and whistles. I’ve had this washer for a month and very happy with it, no problems at all. BestBuy delivery and installation was superb.

Love this washer nice and modern with large basket coming in at 5.0Ct, and It was worth the price. Hardly any noise, and notifies you with music when its done.

Easy to use. Able to wash extra loads even a comforter

My old simple machine died after many years and I researched what machines were available at the time in 2021 (there wasn't much actually in stock). This machine had great reviews. I hate this machine. From almost the very beginning it's been leaving white soap residue on my black colored clothing. Do not tell me to run self clean because that's done absolutely nothing to solve this issue. Some of us used pods and some liquid but I switched us to all liquid thinking maybe it was the pods and I made sure my teens were not adding too much soap. Nope, didn't work. I tried changing the settings on the machine for a wash cycle but nothing has solved this issue. By the way, the self clean cycle is an enormous waste of water. If you have your own septic system, beware, there will be a lot of water going into your system for just this one long cycle. I wish I'd known that before, so I'm telling others. The machine is not quiet at all either, in fact very loud. When I first bought it, it kept getting stuck in a rinse/spin cycle...over and over. I finally realized it was because we were washing on quick cycle like we've done on our old machine and apparently quick cycle on this machine is pretty useless if you have more than a couple items to wash because it doesn't work correctly otherwise. I hate this machine so much that I'm ready to buy a new one and I've owned this only for 10 months. I don't leave review often, but buyer beware of this machine. Even after a lego got stuck in my old machine's pump, and removed, it never gave us any of this headache and lasted many years, and the price tag wasn't nearly as high!

Easy to use, bigger basket, can see thru top window and wash well.

Great washer. Have had it for almost a year now and it still runs great! We had someone come take our old washer and install this one and it made the whole process a lot easier so we definitely recommend that service as well
