Beautiful Washer!

This is my first set of Samsung washer/dryer. The photos online doesn’t do them justice. They are absolutely beautiful, the color is amazing with the rose gold trim. I love how large the washer is, definitely bigger than what I had. For reference I’m 4’11”, I can’t reach the bottom very well but I don’t mind. Love all the settings and the SmartThings/Alexa connectivity. It washes my clothes very well and the cycles are not loud. I had Best Buy install and haul away my old ones. The delivery was seemless and the gentlemen that delivered and install were amazing. The connection on the back was cleanly and neatly installed with the stainless steal connections I purchased. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service provided by Best Buy. My one complained is that the website erroneously stated a delivery date that was incorrect and I had to wait a little over a month to get them delivered.

The clothes come out very clean and the washer can accomodate large bedspreads, quilts, furniture blankets, etc. Runs quietly and smoothly. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the design and color it looks good and I have not had any issues, I have had this for a lil over a year now.

Connecting the app was slightly difficulty but was eventually able to get it set up. I appreciate the features that help the up keep and its suggestions on the most appropriate wash / dry cycles. Its also rather quiet. Which was a big plus for me. Overall, Id recommend this washer and dryer.

It has a large load capacity, and the color combo is chic! I love that I can syc to my Samsung phone and I will get alerts, when the load is done with it's cycle.

I chose the Champagne color and it is beautiful! There is no center agitator which is great because straps on clothes don’t get caught around it. A normal load can be completed in just under 1 hour. A twin sized comforter caused the drain to be blocked as the load was too heavy so just be mindful of that. I had to cancel the cycle, rearrange the comforter, and run a rinse cycle to drain all the water. There is a convenient spout for spot treatment before washing which I love because my laundry room does not have a sink. I am so happy with my purchase!

I love that it has WiFi capabilities and works great with SmartThings. Absolutely love deep it is as I am 6’2” and work out almost everyday. So I’m always washing clothes.
