Confusion on order but other than that love my purchase to bad Colorado Springs store on academy doesnt deal

So far So good! It's working great so far! My husband does the Laundry and no complaints yet!

Great washer has options for everything but little loud was thinking it would be quitter.

This machine has a tendency to get socks behind the fins on the inside drum.

It takes along time to wash, but it is energy efficient and cleans the clothes well

Both the washer and dryer broke within 60 days. Not worth the money.

So, uses almost no energy and very little water. Gets giant loads clean as a whistle, runs super quiet, has every cycle you could imagine; works great with cold water too, so another energy saver. And, the loads that this handles are mind boggling, so if you want to make 3 normal loads into one, this is the machine for you. Just make sure you have at least a 30 inch door opening to get it into your house, and with the door open you need 58 inches of space in the front. And, you can probably skip the pedestals, as this thing is a lot taller than any other machine out there too!

Initial performance was satifactory but had a bearing issue after a 1.5 years of only two loads a week.

This was such a hard purchase for me, because I didn't want to have to purchase another one. I read the reviews, I searched and searched. Best Buy was the MOST helpful, and they had the washer and dryer that I wanted. This washer is BIG, so make sure you measure! We had to take the door frame off to get it in, but I LOVE it!! I have been able to wash everything in my house! Big king comforters, and double loads of clothes, and all coming really clean! We got the pedestals and they are perfect reach. I have had them now for about 3 months, and I have no complaints. I have kept the door open just a crack when I am not using it and haven't had any smell issues which is the major thing about reviews with front loaders. The dryer has been great also! Love that there is so many different cycles! Highly recommend!!

Bought this as the old one retiring. One of the best buy in year 2014. Works well and super quiet. Large capacity. Saves water compared to the previous one. Lot of choices for wash cycles. But beware this is a giant machine. Make sure it fits before buying.

This machine saves so much time and work. We can now do an entire weeks laundry with just 4 loads compared to the 7 we use to do. It is great. Just be aware it is very heavy to move. Also that it does not have a right angled power cord so putting it close the the wall is difficult. This unit is deeper than our old unit and protruded out too far so we ended up purchasing a recessed outlet and right angle hoses adapters so we could put it closer to the wall. It worked out very well.

You delivered machine 12/29/16 it flooded laundry room and garage. Water is pouring out the back. The machine appears to be defective. You said you would have a replacement machine on 1/3/17 NEVER SHOWED UP. You said a manager would call 12/29/16 NEVER CALLED.

Impressive capacity! Functions very well, even with a large load in it. The wash detergent tray could be larger though. The wash drum light is not bright enough. Make sure your laundry area can accommodate this unit, its big.

Open Box item arrived all scratched and did NOT TURN ON! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! Manager promised to inform us when floor model would be available and promised same price. NEVER HAPPENED.

Looks like I probably made a mistake in getting this product. The drying results are similar to that of a 15 year old machine. You know, like the one I just got rid of.

So I'm a week in and have done about 15 loads of laundry so far. I'm pleased with the unit. I was a bit shocked at how long the wash cycles are though!! Before you stop reading....I'm realizing my old washer's shorter cycles weren't all that fab lol my clothes now smell, look and feel cleaner so it seems those longer cycles are worth it! I work in the operating room as a nurse so my work scrubs aren't exactly the cleanest of dirty clothes. I am excited and pleased with the sanitize feature offered on this unit. Through the week, I come in and toss the scrubs in the tub, end of work week before I go to bed that night, I start this load running sanitize, pre-wash, extra steam, you name it...I packed on the extra features. The time estimate for that load was about 3.5 hours. THIS is why I'm running those loads when I head to bed! Extra features add a ton of time and the cycle times are based on the weight of the load put in the drum so just know you CAN have a shorter cycle time from one load to the next using the exact same settings. Speaking of settings, there are a LOT and I'm still a bit overwhelmed by how many options I have. Initially I didn't branch out but am now playing around with them and customizing some things for the type of laundry I'm doing. So far I'm super pleased with the way my clothes are coming out.

This model catched my attention by its Winning Award at CES 2014. And it really does an impressive job vs. MAYTAG. For the Family odd seven it's a huge advantage. VRT really amazed me - no adjustment needed at all. Very quite operation and no "dancing" on the flee whatsoever. I almost bought just unboxes floor model, which even never been turned on - at 20% discount $1226. Local BBY were cleaning up a space for new product. But next day i was researching on it and looking fir a review by some real owners and found it on pre-sale for 4th of July at $1200. So I got Washer & Dryer less than in 48 hours installed in my laundry. Very Cute Couple. Great job by Samsung.

Worst experience ever with Best Buy. No correspondence or anyone who knows how to solve the issue.
