Extremely poor quality

Very poor customer service from Samsung
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customer service from Samsung is very poor. I found out it was recalled after It caught fire from the knobs turning on when bumped. The glass top is damaged and they said it was my fault and if I wanted it repaired, I would have to pay for it. One burner gets much hotter than the others and two of the plastic knobs are loose with normal use. I have to pull a knob off of another burner to turn them on. Samsung sent me some hideous black plastic things to keep on my burners when not in use so they won't accidentally come on. My experience with Samsung customer service was a nightmare. I was put on hold and transferred from one agent to another for hours, every time I called them. The last time I tried to call them they told me that they refused to talk to me anymore. I was never rude. I was however, persistent in calling back every few days. They do not stand behind their products. Buyer be ware.

Please don't buy

The Geek Squad has been to my house trying to repair the range 3 times already. I am still having the same issues as the burner even on low is high to a point where you are burning your food. It is a known fact, but Samsung refused do anything about it. I really think Samsung should stick to manufacturing phones. Stay away from appliances.

Enamal chips after 3 years

The enamal at rhe bottom of the oven is chipping and flaking off after just three years. Also the knobs turn on extremely easy jist bu bumping them. Dangerous in every way. Do not buy this range.

Garbage product. Don't buy. You will regret it.

I purchase this just over a year ago only, i changed the board twice and it's dead forever. 1st change of circuit board replacement was covered by warranty as it was under a year. 2nd change cost me about the half of the price $600 which includes parts and labor charges. Original purchase price was $1000. I paid $1000 for about 16 months and it's garbage now.

Large open slits along the sides.
