Samsung has no integrity!

After connecting everything there were no T.V audio coming thru my Denon receiver. I called Samsung technical dept for help. They walked me thru all the steps andcstill no connection to my Denon receiver! They sent me a technician to govto my house and fix this T.V. Technician came in and said this Samsung T.V. and Denon receiver are not compatible andcadvised to buy Samsung sound bar. So, Samsung makes T.V's and makes it purposely Not compatible with other well known receivers??!! Moreover, the technician did not know whichv T.V would be compatible either! In this day & age everything is made universal for customer convenience and ease of operation but Samsung doesn't think so!!! This is HWY rubbery!!

Very nice TV

Trading up from an older flat screen has presented a learning curve but once figured out, it has many great features. Great picture straight on but not from a side view. Bought a sound bar and woofer and ar very happy with the sound.

Samsung TV and Stream box issues

We have changed the Direct TV Stream Box, but encountered the same issue.

Questionable Quality

No picture. Fortunately bought the Best Buy protection plan and they delivered a replacement TV in 3 days. Had Samsung TV's for over 20 years, never a problem. Love the brand, love this TV but questioning the quality. Hope the first TV was just an isolated issue.

Dissappointed in service

Unfortunately, they did not honor the fact that I had already paid for the TV and it took 14 days for us to finally get our TV. At least they reimbursed us the $200 set up fee and $60 takeaway fee.
