    BestBuy Delivery and Installation Sucks!

    I am beyond disappointment and have almost no words to express my frustration in a polite way with the order of this TV, which evolved from another order which was cancelled and rescheduled 4 times (maybe changing to another order help them to clean up the history). The company which BestBuy outsources to deliver and install the TV is the worst ever. I bought this TV including delivery/installation and it has been dragging for weeks with several unsuccessful attempts which are not conclude for innumerous unprofessional skills. They completely waste our time and money as customers. I have bought many products from BestBuy but will never ever shop at BestBuy again. You wasted all your possibilities to try to make this work, as you probably did not care at all. Innumerous calls, five appointments scheduled, lots of wasted time and efforts just to simple deliver and install a TV.

    Worst customer service ever

    The TV is great, but the customer service at the Bridgewater store is abysmal. I have a narrow space where the TV needs to fit, so I asked if the delivery would include moving it past the door. The sales rep assured me that they would and that I didn’t need to worry. But on the day of delivery, they left the TV in the kitchen. I went back to the store, and the same sales rep came up to me. He said his manager said I needed to buy an installation package and that the Geek Squad would come to do it. When the scheduled date arrived, I got the same news: we couldn’t do it. I went back to the store again, having taken time off from work on both days. I asked for the cancellation of the installation order. The customer service representative said they would cancel it the day after and issue a refund. I asked for store credit as a courtesy, considering they didn’t follow through with their agreement. They refused, saying they couldn’t reduce the $100 discount on the TV, even though they were the ones who offered it. I had to hire movers to move and install the TV myself because Best Buy never did what they promised. I’ll never go back to that store.

    Had to return my tv because it was damaged upon arrival. When I tried to reorder it was out of stock and bought during Black Friday and missed all the other deals to get it replaced with another tv with same specs and similar value but couldn’t .

    Feel squad install was great. Tv stopped working after a week. Soonest appointment was three weeks out. No tv during most of the year end holidays.

    Poor Sound Quailty

    showed well however at times the sound would be muffled. Days later it would return as normal. I hate that I had to return it. Now Im looking for a better model, I may have to stick with LG OLED though I need an 86" or more for the area.

    Very painful experience. It has been over 2 weeks and I am yet to get my TV installed. The crew came, promised to reschedule it and vanished! I have been following up with the BB team but not help
