No “In Wall” cable

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The power cord that is included is not certified to go “in wall” and it is near impossible to find one that does. The Samsung website and all the photos of the frame TV show this this cool looking TV mounted on a wall doubling as a framed picture. It is a great concept however it is very misleading because an in reality you will have a cord hanging down the wall which these photos fail to show. Samsung/Best Buy say it is invisible or translucent however it is not. It is easily visible and completely ruins the concept. A certified fireproof “in wall” power cord should be included or at least available to purchase. Also, I specifically asked Best Buy prior to purchasing and was told it could go “in wall” and even bought a kit to do so. Extremely frustrating.

I'm very sorry to hear of the confusion regarding The Frame TV's One Invisible Connection cable. Although the included cable is not rated for in-wall installation, an in-wall cable is available (model: VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall.
