    After 8 months, the Samsung microwave stopped heating. Not a good product. They should stick to tvs. It took them to replace 4 major parts including mother board to get it working. Now, I’ve got to get an installer to put to back up and the 1 year warranty is still ticking from the date of purchase and not from the time of repair

    Best Buy Sold Me a Damaged Product and Refused to

    Not even One star. I purchased a microwave from Best Buy, and it arrived with a huge dent. When I contacted customer service, I was shocked to find out they refused to accept a return or offer a proper resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a product that was clearly damaged before or during delivery. I expected better quality control and customer service from a major retailer. Very disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again.

    I've already reviewed this item twice I don't know why you keep sending me emails I will never shop at your store again you are a horrible customer service experience you charged way more money than the manufacturer charged us to get the same appliances here and you broke our appliances quit contacting me you pieces of garbage.

    **Buyer Beware: Faulty Product & Poor Support** I purchased the *Samsung Bespoke 2.1 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Sensor Cooking and Edge to Edge Glass Display in Matte Black Steel*, and I’m thoroughly disappointed. This microwave didn't even last a week before it completely stopped working. I thought buying additional insurance from Best Buy would cover me in case of issues, but that turned out to be a waste of money as well. When I reached out for help, both Samsung and Best Buy gave me the runaround. Best Buy's customer service told me there was "nothing they could do," despite the fact that I had specifically bought the extra insurance. It seems like they upsell the insurance for bonuses, not because they actually plan to help the customer when problems arise. If you're considering this microwave or buying insurance from Best Buy, think twice. The product quality and support have been a huge letdown.

    Very bad product. It makes noise while operarating. Best Buy made tried to make 3 replacements but 2 of them had physical damage out the box. Waiting for the 4th one to come in.

    This Microwave died less than 2 weeks after install. Now i have to buy a more expensive microwave as they are conveniently out of this one to replace it.

    Handle latch breaks right after 1 year warranty. Many online complaints about this known defect. Tiny plastic hooks break causing you to buy door whihc is about the cost of a new microwave
