    This in terms of operation wise it is good. But the fact that it can’t stand on the bare flat surface is a cons. Also, the wifi connection is not connecting and I been a tech person doesn’t like that fact. I want something I would be able to control at the tip of my finger.

    nice microwae, but they need to tell you that you don't get the parts to install it into the wall. I live 45 minutes from the closest best buy and now I need to drive back to buy the wall mount when the rep could've easily told me I needed to order the mount also. I called customer service and they stated that the microwaves no longer come with mounting brackets. For a microwave as expensive as this, wow

    We love the microwave, but it does not work. We keep getting an error message when we go to settings. I also don’t think the sensor cook works. It will never stop , even it the item is beyond cooked.
