But the fact that it can’t stand on the bare flat surface is a cons. Also, the wifi connection is not connecting and I been a tech person doesn’t like that fact. I want something I would be able to control at the tip of my finger.

Don't forget the mounting bracket

I live 45 minutes from the closest best buy and now I need to drive back to buy the wall mount when the rep could've easily told me I needed to order the mount also. I called customer service and they stated that the microwaves no longer come with mounting brackets. For a microwave as expensive as this, wow

We keep getting an error message when we go to settings. I also don’t think the sensor cook works. It will never stop , even it the item is beyond cooked.
