After returning my first one for a second one, both microwave did not match my white samsung fridge though.

We then ordered from Best Buy and actually ended up with the same delivery team RXO. The delivery team from RXO was horrible again! However, the difference is the Best Buy Best and sales were absolution amazing at resolving an issue They provided customer service the way it should be. So impressed with the Best Buy team. We will never order directly from Samsung again. Thank you. Ps, geek sqad for frame TV, hands down the best@@

It is on my bespoke Samsung refrigerator. It’s very annoying to look up at the microwave and have it look off-white almost a dingy white compared to the white on my refrigerator so I am returning this. I just can’t look at that difference all the time. . Other than that, it’s great..

It isnt stainless steel like our other appliances but surprisingly it doesnt stick out or look out of place. And it works great! We've had lots of compliments on it. The only CON: We really miss the express cook option where you can just press 1 through 6 and it automatically starts for that many minutes. It has taken a little getting used to but we love it otherwise!

Cons: the black sides are glossy whereas the rest of the bespoke line has a nice matte black. The materials feel cheap feeling, and the fan is annoyingly loud. It’s an ok microwave, but not a huge improvement over a $150 GE in terms of performance and feel.

I like this microwave

I had the slim one before but I like this one better because the buttons are on the bottom not on the side where the handle. It did have a large dent in the frame out of the box but Bestbuy did a great job replacing is with a new one. Definitely worth a look!

It has so many cooking options that it takes time to get to understand them and use them all. I bought this microwave to match the rest of the Samsung package. The clean white glass looks wonderful!

I love the glass front and the easy to clean interior. Only downside that I experienced is fingerprints on the glass. I just keep glass cleaner near, and wipe off the fingerprints so not a big deal to me.
