The Samsung Bespoke was something I didn’t know I needed. I absolutely love the beverage center, being able to have filtered water within seconds is great but also having the option to add into the diffuser is exceptional! I’ve been drinking more water now too which is a plus. Now on the 2 sizes of ice cubes, WOW! Everything about the size although I purchased counter-depth I can’t even tell because the size isn’t as much smaller as previous models have been. Im absolutely in love with my fridge! Last thing, being able to change the color options makes it seems like a different fridge whenever I want! The only thing I don’t like is the finger prints.

We've had the Samsung - BESPOKE for a month now and we are very happy with it. The Best Buy delivery team was excellent as always. One of the reason I always shop at BestBuy. The delivery guys are super careful, clean and respect your home and your new purchase. We decided to get a new fridge because out 9 year old Frigidaire Gallery was icing up in the freezer. I had to defrost it every 2 weeks. There were a couple of things that really annoyed us about the Frigidaire Gallery anyway like the design of its ice maker which over flowed if you had the OEM shelf installed above it. We had to take that shelf out to make the icemaker work. So let's talk about the new Samsung. How it's great and how it improves over the Frigidaire. The Samsung - BESPOKE: We opted for the counter depth 23cu. ft 4 door French stainless steel. For us the counter depth works perfectly. You need to measure careful and make sure your space allows the unit to sit back to the counter and still open doors. Our situation was perfect for the counter depth unit. Quality: The 1st thing you will notice: These doors are heavy duty and very well made. In fact the entire unit screams quality craftsmanship and materials. Example: On the old Frigidaire, the water dispenser was just a plastic hose sticking out. The Samsung's fit and finish of the dispenser was much nicer. The back/bottom of the Frigidaire was covered by a piece of "cardboard"!! How cheap is that? The Samsung uses all metal back. Features: Icemaker moved to the bottom in a bin vs ice in door. I thought the family might not like this, but no one has any complaints about it at all. More important: It just works perfect every time. Drink Center: I did not expect to use the built-in pitcher that automatically refills, but I use that almost exclusively. If I need a little water like to take a pill, I use the internal dispenser, but otherwise the pitcher is faster and the water is very cold from the pitcher. The drink center behind a door I thought would be a little annoying but no, its fast & easy. No complaints and I like the clean look. The drink center is one the best parts. Middle Drawer: This is something we really wanted and it's working out great for us. You can use it so many different ways but we use to put our most popular lunch making products like sandwich meat, cheese, etc. Freezer on bottom: This was a big change for us as the old fridge was a side-by-side, but we are happy with the new arrangement. The app. : Yes, the fridge has an app. I like that it alerts us if someone left the fridge door ajar. This already happened once where someone forgot to close the door all the way. Door closing mechanism: This is something I personally really like. I hate it when people slam the fridge door. With the Samsung - BESPOKE, this happens far less. The doors have a soft-stop just before the door closes and then you press a bit more and the door pulls itself shut and holds it tightly closed. Stop in at BestBuy and feel it for yourself. Its a satisfying close you can be sure that fridge is closed up tight. In closing, We are really happy with the Samsung - BESPOKE and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new refrigerator.

Beautiful fridge with plenty of room, dual ice maker, and beverage center. A big fan of Samsung products and great to be able to connect to SmartThings app to control at any time and receive alerts. Counter depth model fit perfectly in our narrow kitchen without sacrificing too much storage space.

We LOVE this refrigerator! We got a matching set and they are so beautiful! Love the beverage center too!! We got counter depth and amazed at the space we still have. It’s a great design!

We love our Samsung 23 cf 4 door Bespoke Refrigerator with the Beverage Center. - Easy to Order Online. We ordered the Heavy-Duty Water Line Kit, which included the first water filter, the 3yr Warranty and removal of our Old Refrigerator. - The Delivery Guys were Absolutely Awesome! Smooth and Efficient, careful removing the old fridge and bringing in the new one. - Attention to detail, polite and friendly, on time delivery. Even adjusted one door to make sure it was perfect. - Went over the Features and answered all our questions. - They tested the water lines to make sure there were no leaks. - They cleaned up the protective film and Styrofoam from the film. * Ten Stars for the Delivery Guys * Beverage Center - The Pitcher and Automatic Water Dispenser is Wonderful! Shelving - The Shelves were Perfect for our Sauces, Containers and Syrups - We had them lower the top shelf for our Larger Pitchers and Carafes. The Refrigerator Area is Huge! Pantry Door - Great for Sandwich Fixings and Platters. ICE DRAWER - 2 SIZES OF ICE - WE'RE IN HEAVEN Freezer Area is Big also! We have a larger freezer, but this is great for our Snacks and Ice Cream. The Refrigerator is Whisper Quiet. - - We looked at other brands and stores but were Highly Impressed with Best Buy and Samsung and With the Great Feedback from other Happy Customers, we are so glad we went with this Refrigerator and Best Buy! - - We can't thank Best Buy enough, for their Excellent Ease of Ordering, Great Prices and Delivery!! I absolutely love this refrigerator! I was skeptical about the space because it is counter depth but the amount of space seems to be more than my previous larger refrigerator. I also love not having handles. It gives the refrigerator a very sleek, modern, and upscale feel. And let's not forget the ice... I love, love, love the 2 different size cubes and not having the icemaker in the door. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this counter-depth refrigerator—it has exceeded all our expectations. It replaced a much more expensive fridge that didn’t even last a year, and the difference in quality and performance is night and day. The ice maker is one of the best features. It pushes ice out better than any built-in ice maker we’ve had in previous fridges. Ice is made quickly, consistently, and we’ve never had a jam or freeze-up. Its looks and utility are great. Love the in-door water dispenser and two type ice makers. Regular and door shelves are all spaced well and provide convenient and organized storage. Temperature controlled door is a big advantage. Maintains temperatures well and is so quiet you don't know it's there. Miss having magnets on the fridge but minor inconvenience.

The fridge is Beautiful. Classy!!! Well built too. Very, very functional, quiet and discrete. We chose all “white” to match our cabinets. I used the quotes because it actually changes color during the day as it reflects its surroundings… pretty cool. The enclosed filtered water jug. The middle drawer is fantastic. Ice maker is great and the frozen area is BIG. … Best fridge out there and with current discounts it’s hard to beat.

The Samsung counter depth refrigerator is more modular than our previous Samsung refrigerator and we haven’t missed keeping all the things we desire in it. The depth of the refrigerator gives us more room when walking in front of it. We love the middle drawer for drinks.

Great purchase! Love the automatic water pitcher, makes filling the coffee pot reservoir super easy! We drink a lot of iced tea, so having the 2 different types of ice is great. Overall the beverage center is a fantastic idea, makes grabbing a soda water super easy and convenient. The inside compartments are roomy and hold all our fridge necessities.

The triple cooling system maintains consistent temperatures throughout the fridge, keeping my produce fresh for longer. I've noticed a significant reduction in food spoilage. The Wi-Fi connectivity and SmartThings app integration are incredibly convenient. I can monitor and adjust the fridge settings remotely, and even receive alerts if the door is left open. The water dispenser provides filtered water quickly, and the ice maker produces both cubed and crushed ice, which is perfect. The auto-fill pitcher is a great feature. It automatically refills with filtered water, so I always have cold water on hand. The door bins are spacious and adjustable, allowing me to store a variety of items, from tall bottles to small condiments

I bought this refrigerator last june so far i don't have any problem on it.the design is sleek easy to clean beverage center is good i never buy any bottled water anymore water taste is good same as water bottle ice maker is perfect 2 different ice cubes i used big ones for shake and smothies while small ice is good for drinks soda and tea.the middle storage is great for kids drinks and food adjustable temperature.i'm still waiting for the lower panel on my fridge hope this fridge will last for many years as this one is my biggest purchase.

Best refrigerator ever! Very sleek and delivery was perfect! Would highly recommend, the beverage center is a bonus that we can’t stop using! Very easy to clean front as there are no handles, all you have to use is a dry dish towel. There is a significant amount of room inside to fit everything!

This refrigerator is really designed well for a counter depth space. Plenty of room on top, with a central pullout draw to keep cool yogurt, cold cuts or other items like that without freezing. The larger bottom pull out is for frozen foods with a divided container for two different size ice cubes. Love it! Best of all, the installers are extremely professional. They were very careful when installing and made sure everything was completed perfectly. 10 Stars for them.

We remodeled our kitchen in 2007 and the refrigerator installed them was a side-by-side counter-depth unit. We started having “French Door” envy for the last 5years until the 2007 unit died! This new Samsung Counter Depth French Door (4-Doors) is just the best for being able to grocery shop smarter; organize food items; keep fresh foods - fruits, vegetables & leftovers usable!! The beverage door access for quick drinks and to access the hidden water dispenser. PLUS the provided filtered water pitcher that automatically refills when the pitcher is placed back in the refrigerator!! The capacity for frozen food is better than the old side-by-side if only because we can see everything. The topper is the ice-maker that provides both larger size cubes and “small” cubes !! Don’t miss having crushed use at all!
