This is a fantastic refrigerator. Everything about it is great. Counter depth in not a con. The whole family loves the screen. It’s great for searching for recipes and other things.

The Samsung Family Hub is an amazing and beautiful product. I’m very happy with it. It fits perfectly in my kitchen. The Family Hub is a great addition. The only issue I had was that it had a 4-digit pin set up that I couldn’t change. I tried calling Samsung, but I kept getting put on hold with multiple transfers. Finally, I spoke with a representative who was able to factory reset the Family Hub. After that, I was able to set it up easily. If you have this issue in the future, the fastest way to fix it is to contact Samsung directly. The Family Hub is a great addition to any kitchen. I use it to set appointments and reminders for the family. It’s digitally displayed on the fridge, which is less messy than using markers, pens, or paper. I’ve linked it to my account so I can upload pictures. The camera on the fridge is also a great feature. It reads the items I have in the fridge and keeps a checklist for me. There’s also an app you can download for your phone that allows you to see what’s in the fridge when you’re at the grocery store. I also love the ice maker. It makes two different shapes, big and small, and it has a hidden water dispenser that you can fill up by cup or have the pitcher automatically fill up and stay chilled. Overall, the Samsung Family Hub is an awesome fridge. It’s the best one I’ve ever had.

Great fridge! Fits a lot even though it’s counter depth. The pitcher is great and we love the ice cube trays, the touchscreen is very cool. Fit and finish is excellent, I do wish the bottom of the doors was a couple inches higher. The front is non magnetic, FYI.

So far so good. Frustrated that the installers didn’t tell me to turn off the ice maker function since I don’t have a waterline to attach. I just figured it out on my own a few months after install and am noticing it’s not cycling through the way it did constantly before. I hope it didn’t cause shy longterm damage. I’ll say too, be careful with the measurements bc mine fit precisely in the spot I had for it, however, the pocket door in the beverage center actually causes the left door to not open more than a few inches bc it’s hits the wall to the left. I didn’t account for that when measuring. I love the screen feature - I watch YouTube or listen to music when I’m in the kitchen. I’m hopeful this fridge lasts me for many years - knock on wood. Oh and love that I can change the color panels out.

I really liked this fridge until the glass on the bottom door decided to start cracking in the middle of the night. Sounded like ice breaking. And since I’m a total tech member, I contacted Best Buy who kindly told me that during the first year it has to be Covered under Samsung warranty. So I called Samsung and they tell me that the glass is “an accessory”. And accessories, of course are not covered. So now I’m stuck with shattered glass on my fridge door. And replacing it on the bottom looks like a major pain in the butt. Because the clips that hold it on the bottom of the door. I’m gonna have to raise up the fridge to access it. Not to mention the part is $140. I didn’t sign up for all this with this fridge. I do love the product, but, really upset about this glass. And I’m telling you, we didn’t whack the thing or hit it with a hammer or anything like that. It just cracked on its own. My guess is the door itself is fairly flimsy and all of the opening and closing just made a break over time. I’ve had this for three months. Best Buy continues to let me down over and over and over again. I don’t think I’m gonna renew my total tech because I’m getting so sick of Best Buy finding ways to get around provide me the support and warranty coverage that they claim. 

Excellent refrigerator....so far so good. Love the modern look and fits our space so well. Cools and keeps food fresh. We were able to get the family hub working with running TV and have no issue using the Samsung SmartApps app to run everything out of. For the price we paid with the discounts, this unit was a no brainer. It brings a lot of compliments and lots of friends asking who makes this jazzy refrigerator.

It’s a beautiful design of refrigerator and the built-in technology is very convenient. All my guests come to my house. They are surrounded this refrigerator and touch the screen and talk to Alexa so much fun and even this is Counter depth but can still fit in a lot of stuff . The ice make give you two different kind of a cube super nice !

It’s very friendly user space wise and has plenty of departments to accommodate your food in the fridge or freezer

We previously owned Thermador after the hurricane decided to cut back on the budget. We did not want to cut back on the quality or beauty. We haven’t had a chance to use it often yet, but we love it so far!

We are so happy with our new bespoke. All the smart features are insane. Doing shopping list is the easiest and offer great recipe recommendations!!

This Fridge is so sleek and clean looking. Easy to clean and has soo many features.

Looks great and has plenty of room. Touch screen is nice and responsive. Water dispenser is fast and has good tasting water. Love the smaller ice cubes. I have heard Samsung appliances have issues with reliability. I’ve only had it for a month or so I can’t comment on that.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has so many great features. It’s very classy and elegant while giving the space a contemporary look.

This refrigerator is perfect for our family of three. Lots of drawers, shelves and the best part is the Beverage Center! Really cool new fridge spec to show off.
