Overall happy with it, but my biggest gripe is how the ice maker is configured. It is too low for a tall person with a bad back, where he has to pull the ice tray out entirely in order to (safely) not drop ice on the floor. In hindsight, I would have preferred a side-by-sidel, but it was not available same day. Also, I got the zone confused initially and set the "swing zone" on the bottom to fruits and vegetables, ruining about $400 worth of meat. Yes, I understand, operator error, but considering my old refrigerator died the day before Thankgiving, and I was panicking to try to buy a good quality white appliance to pick up and use the same day to save as much of my food as possible with guest coming that night, the refrigerator prove to be a little too fancy for me (i.e. complicated)

Beautiful refrigerator functional looks great, people that deliver It were awesome. The only thing is that they delivered it on the wrong date. I had told my sales person a certain date it got deliver two weeks later. I had a company on that day. I had to purchase groceriesI and ice for a week because we got rid of the old refrigerator. It was a mess and they couldn’t help at the main center with that said love it will buy it again but this time I will make sure to check the date don’t trust the sales person look at dates and prices.

We are so pleased with our new samsung! It is beautiful and functional. Others have commented and gone to buy one also! Its roomy and the compartments are great. The best part is the high quality, convenient water dispenser. It refills automatically and quickly and tastes better than any other water!

Beautiful refrigerator! It's super spacious and functional. The split freezer is a huge improvement over the large pullout freezer drawer. The two different size ice cubes will be great for entertaining. I can't say enough good things about the Samsung Bespoke!

Photos do not do this appliace justice, it is stunning in person. The ease of the quad doors for the freezer make it perfect for those with bending or other mobilty issues. Easy setup and connection to smart things!

The delivery was quick and the drivers were phenomenal. They were patient and kind with not only the equipment but with my children.

Love the aesthetic of the fridge only reason I’m saying 4 starts is because I recieved a broken drawer on the top fridge and don’t know how to go about getting it replaced. I am not able to put weight on it or it really tilts down . Other than that love the storage, love how the inside is designed and fridge has been working great since I recieved it despite the broken drawer

This fridge is amazing and gets all the compliments. The white glass can be used as a dry erase for daily messages

It appears that Samsung has figured out some of the problems from their earlier models. The icemaker is no longer in the refrigerator and the compressor inverter are upgraded.

Wow, love Samsung products but this they out did them selfs.

Very disappointed, my fridge is still outside since 3.50pm PST,all attempts to get help to get it installed have been zero. Not sure what I am going to do. Very bad services. What a disappointment.

We love this fridge!! The inside is highly roomy and the water station is very cool and guests have enjoyed trying to figure out the fridge. We use the water container for teas off and on. Since the bottom right section is customizable for temperatures, we currently have it semi-freezing for our yogurts (to sort of have a froyo) and it works very nicely. So much better than the pull out freezer French door combo we previously had. One thing to note: The doors are thicker than traditional fridge doors, like significantly thicker, about at least 5-7 inches in total thickness, so keep this in mind when measuring your space placement. For example, our fridge placement has an angled corner pantry on the left side and then normal cabinets on the right side. The fridge sticks out a little further from the cabinets overall, but when the left doors swing open, they are actually touching the left walls of the pantry and might end up scraping some paint off overtime or having some dents. This is more important when considering that on the bottom left door (the freezer), you need a certain level of clearance to successfully pull out the ice drawer (otherwise you have to reach in uncomfortably since it is sort of low). Haven’t thought of a solution to this yet other than to pull the fridge out further from the wall…I think this is really due to the thickness of the doors overall… other than that, fridge is awesome

Have you ever met a person that was beautiful on the outside but ugly on the inside? Well that's what I got with this refrigerator! It worked for about 2 years with no problems. Then we started hearing loud bubbly popping sounds that would scary the B-JESUS out of you at different times during the day and especially at night. Technicians came to the the house multiple times but couldn't figure out what was causing the noise because everything was reading fine during their analysis. Well it finally took for it to stop cooling except for the freezer part for them to figure out that the compressor was bad. We got the compressor replaced and it still didn't fix the problem but hey the freezer worked and it still produced ice. Today which is 10/11/2024 come to find out that the fridge can't be fixed! WOW! I spent over $4,000 grand plus another $280 for the technical support plus time and suffering just to find out that it can't be fixed! I'm waiting now on a review to see what the next steps for me to get this thing replaced! To make a long story short, please purchase the extended warranty because if you don't then that's your gluteus maximus! Wisdom is knowledge and I just passed some down to whoever took the time out to read this! Take care!

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I normally don't do reviews, but I really love the auto water dispenser and the window that lights up so you can see in without opening. I also love the bottom right can be used as additional refrigerator space or as freezer space.

The look of this fridge is top notch. Stainless steel with a see through door that lights up when you get close. Lots of space in the upper compartment and strong plastic on the door selves that shouldn’t break so easily. The sound it makes when you leave your door open for about 30 seconds can be loud and annoying however. The freezer is at the bottom and you can make one side or both sides a freezer section. I’m 6’2 so for me I’m not a big fan of having the kneel everytime I want to get ice or something out of the freezer. Overall I like it and would recommend unless you have a hard time bending over or kneeling down.

I like the space it offers, being able to ope both doors provides the flexibility and space you need. The sensor that helps while opening the door is useful, also, the refrigerator compartment can be use as wine cooler or refrigerator.

This refrigerator is amazing! Love the layout and flex system. Love the ice bites size, not exactly like Sonic ice, Sonic is more softer. Ice bites last longer which is a plus. All doors are sealed off very good. Beverages area is our favorite and quick to get a drink. Ice dispenser is not in there but in the freezer area with scooper which should help prevent ice issue at dispenser station as my other refrigerator has been jammed with ice build up. Very happy with this new toy.
